I was greeted by friendly staff and given an upgrade. They offered for me to view the rooms. The room had been renovated and I was happy to have a microwave and fridge.

Pay for the price you get can’t complain friendly staff overall

The floors were dirty, pillow cases has dried blood, back of the bathroom door was filthy.

Very dirty and bugs are all over the room. Blancket is lots of dog hair and under the pillow lots of bugs inside the coffee cup also bugs freezer is full of ice i cant even close the freezer door. Never and ever go back again

Clean well priced room. It's not elegant looking but not bad looking either. Gentleman at the check in counter was very polite and friendly. Checking in was very quick. bed was comfortable. Tv and fridge worked good.

Help local people in need

Room was clean but condition of the room terrible. Didn’t even have a refrigerator even dough it was advertised as a room with a refrigerator. Also, this was a room with breakfast but no breakfast either. Office of the motel was very dirty with windows you could not see throughout them. I have never been in the room like this before. Would not recommend to anyone.

Pet Friendly and Good Location to All Amenities Nice Walk to Little Lake Park!

Room was dirty, door looked like it had been kicked in, tv didn’t work, microwave wasn’t plugged in and the cord was too short to reach the overloaded power bar, only one towel in bathroom, shampoo packages unopenable, additional towels brought were full of holes. On plus side there was lots of hot water, and the heater worked well. And the desk clerk tried hard to make things right.

Filtgy steep short step stairs, fake free breakfast advertize, rude manager, sketchy hotel.. never book it. Better pay 15 bucks more and stay at super 8.. you will recover 15 by having good breakfast.and good room there

It wasn't too clean

Nearby the motel have a KFC. if you want eat chicken. that's easy

The interior of the room was adequate albeit, dated. The exterior showed signs of past wear & tear. You certainly get what you pay for, The staff were welcoming & attentive.

Was next to water

Booked a king room for 2 adults. The room is nice and big but here are my issues: • no bathroom tissue (good thing we're prepared, experienced travelers, and had some in the car) • the bathroom/shower area is rather small/cramped (good water pressure though) • there were only 1 wash cloth, 1 hand towel, 1 floor towel, and two small bath towels for 2 adults • there were two small pillows that when you lay on them it was like nothing was there, so asked for two more and got them within a few minutes • the cable box wasn't working, so we called front desk about it and the young gentleman (clerk) acted like it was a bother to have to come and fix it • the mattress was very hard (firm) and could barely move the next morming. *** They were not accomodating with either changing the mattress or letting us switch rooms. We were told that we couldn't switch rooms because then they would have to have the cleaners clean 2 rooms instead of 1 • speaking of cleaners, our room wasn't even cleaned. I don't think they even went into the room

Hi my name is Shahram. I booked this so called motel from Expedia and moved there by 4 nights. I DO NOT recommend this terrible place to any one. Dirty, noisy and unsafe. We waited 2 hours in a cold night for the man who was managed this place. We called several times but there were no answer. Finally we found him sleepy and high. He couldn't walk and he was not oriented and paired. I'm so sorry to tell you that in this place you are not guests. Just you have a key and a dirty and smoky room to stay

Well our door has marked of broken door...they should chnage it..if someone will kick on it, it probably open...

Quiet place, very clean.

Room was fine, tv was fine with decent selection. Cleanliness was fine. Overall, everything was ok - nothing spectacularly great, but nothing spectacularly bad either.

Easy to find,drive in and out…bed was sandy…room as if it was near a beach but was very clean other than that…staff were awesome

Great location, friendly staff and pet friendly.

Old beds, screen door that won’t close, bathroom door that does not fit, old loud AC, no ice machine, bathroom had some work but not good. A cheap place to stay so sleep and go.

Horrible smelly room with bugs, centipeds and other insects crawling all over the floor.
