There was nothing to like. I did not even stay a single night. Horrible mold and must smell and so dirty I could not stay. I have attempted to ask for a refund. Would never recommend to anyone!
The room was dirty with stained carpets and a horrible smell from mold and mildew. The space was inhabitable. I did not stay for even one night.

No map of resort. Corroded lock box. Not as advertised-not a “home.” It was a bedroom with bathroom in a larger condo. Not a “holiday home.”
Bathtub did not have a plug so only shower. Bed mattress worn out, air conditioner vents thick with dust.
Directions to hang key in box-only problem— flathead screw to hang key on is larger that hole in key. That I have a photo of-it just summed up the whole experience.
Please read above. Also needs new hairdryer-wet hair, raining outside hairdryer cut out. Finally got it working on low heat.
This was a miserable experience, period. I cannot recommend bookings.com

The Silverado is a nice resort
The description in the booking.com page was extremely inaccurate- there were no pictures of the actual room I stayed in. It was basically a hotel room with two uncomfortable chairs. It had a refrigerator but not even a microwave- for that matter- not even a plastic spoon- two coffee stirrers that look like they were taken from a Starbucks, a Mr Coffee, and some extremely cheap nasty coffee. No kitchen, no sofa, no fireplace.

Clean, convenient, and overall great proximity to downtown Napa and a wealth of wineries!
I made the request with ample notice for an early check-in and I was disappointed that this request was not considered. After a 6hr flight and 2hr drive having to wait several additional hrs before check-in was an exhausting way to start my vacation. Aside from this initial inconvenience, everything else about my stay was great.

it's a nice location, but very remote from Napa proper. It was clean, if a little shopworn. fairly well stocked, w/the exception of the lack of kitchenware. it was quiet at night also.
it bore no resemblance to the photo, which appeared like an apartment--it was much smaller w/no kitchen, as promised: no glasses, utensils, or microwave; bathtub plug was broken; there was a stain on the rug; noisy air conditioner; no directions, signs, or maps of the complex to aid in finding the room; no response to my query about an earlier check-in; coffeemaker interior had grounds in it.

clean, private, convenient location
Several burnt out light bulbs and no extra light bulbs available.
Payment process difficult. I received DAILY emails for a WEEK prior to check-in, that my payment credit card needed to be updated otherwise my reservation would be cancelled. Performing the updates AND speaking to a live person would not stop the emails. Frustrating!

Silverado Resort itself
While reserving at Silverado Resort through Booking.com we did not know we were reserving through a third party, so we did not have any service from the resort.The condo was full of ants crawling on the walls, the floor, the kitchen & bathroom counters.One day we came back and the kitchen sink was full of them.It was extremely upsetting.I complained to Vacasa and they sent insect spray & other stuff. There were also 2 lamps with burned amp bulbs . We will never again reserve through Booking.com for our stays at Silverado Resort and we recommend nobody does.

Not far to get there from the car park.
Very difficult to get in with the access code, took us 12m one time. The equipment in kitchen and bathroom were the cheapest - shampoo etc, as was the crockery, most cups were chipped. Tried to use the pool but we were told we weren’t allowed as we didn’t book through Silverado
we weren’t informed of this before and there were pool towels in the apartment.

Condo was clean and comfortable. Vacasa rep was very good about helping us.
Had problems getting into the condo. Vacasa rep came to let us in. Keypad had to be replaced.
