Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This is our second visit to this house. Prefect location for our adults and children. They enjoyed the pool and the proximity to the beach. The house has a great setup and room enough for the 11 of us. Unfortunately, the house had a severe roach problem in the kitchen and family bedroom. The property manager had a exterminator pay a visit but it was too late for our visit. Hopefully they can get a handle on this situation before I could recommend or visit the house again.

House was very nice and cozy. A ton of space and a ton of bathrooms so everyone was comfortable. The pool and dock were gorgeous and a great place to spend time. It’s a 10 minute walk to the beach but if you want to get to the downtown it’s a 5-10 min drive. Overall, loved it and would definitely come back!

Such a beautiful home in a fabulous location. It worked out so well for our families who were traveling with young children. The property management company was so wonderful and kind to work with when we had any issues they were addressed immediately, things were explained very well. thank you to Naomi .

I was very dissatisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I do not recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The most upsetting factor was the presence of cockroaches. These were found in the bathroom of the bedrooms with the queen and 2 twin beds and also in the dishwasher. I have stayed at other Marriott homes and I was very disappointed with this particular one. This home was definitely not up to Marriott standards. Upon entry into the home, the tile in the foyer was cracked in multiple tiles with a long crack through several. Since this home is located on the water, as you enter the home, your eyes are drawn to the wall of glass doors that lead you to the outside. Unfortunately, the glass doors appeared to have a very cloudy film on them. First impressions were disappointing to say the least. It was apparent that cleaning would be severely lacking in this home. From the wood floors to the countertops to the bathrooms. Two of the bathrooms appear to have mildew and black mold in them. Several hours were spent attempting to get the home cleaned enough to feel comfortable. Damp Rid bag was to the point of overfull. The gas grill, that is advertised in the listing as natural gas, was in fact a cheap propane grill. The grill needs to be replaced. Time was spent attempting to secure and to clean for use, however due to the buildup of previous usage, it would just burn the grease from that previous usage rendering the grill useless to us. Several of the patio stone tiles are loose and dangerous trip hazards. The pool itself has several spots of large circles where concrete is missing and the location by the steps has possible black mold on the underneath area of the corner.

The house is in a great location and the backyard with the pool is like your own little private oasis! You don't have to be bothered by the hustle and bustle of the town if you don't want to be around that! It was very clean and they were very easy to work with. I highly recommend it to anyone, especially a large group!
