I stayed at this property with my son while he had a work project in the area for the week. Pros: -Quiet neighborhood/complex -Unit is spacious -garage is spacious and well laid out -stores and restaurants are within easy walking distance -host was very responsive, even if he couldn't help with what we needed. Cons: -Unit needs a deep clean. Sticky drawers, SS appliances had something smudgy running down the surface, ant trap in master bath had black liquid around it, shower grout is needing a scrub, white walls are scuffed and showing wear as is the furniture, -old sponge in kitchen, -the kitchen was sparse when it came to utensils and supplies, no kitchen towels, soap dispensers in kitchen and bath were dirty and almost empty. Nothing was too horrible, just not what you'd expect from a VRBO rental. -Parking garage requires a reader to get in. We were never given one, which meant anytime we came back one of us would have to go into the complex, down into the basement and manually open the gate. Again, not a huge deal except my son was coming home late from work every night which meant I needed to go down to the garage in the middle of the night to let him in. No compensation was made, just "sorry", the HOA is waiting for more to come in. -Some windows don't lock -Security codes for door needs to be changed to something not quite so obvious. Overall, we enjoyed our stay. With just a little more attention to detail, the unit would be five stars.

Beautiful house. My family and I had a great week.

Spacious, quiet, available appliances, comfortable king bed and bedding. Pleasant dining area and kitchen. Parking garage easy. Very uncomfortable couch. Lacked specific amenities, particularly the towels were small, scratchy and unpleasant to use. Some towels hanging in a closet looked used; no tissues, only dirty sponges in kitchen, no kitchen cloth towels. Host not responsive when requested an earlier check-in, and was not aware of current situation regarding initial entry into garage. Also, complex uses strong toxic cleaning chemicals .

Clean and as depicted. Just right for two couples to each have their own bedroom and bath. Location was perfect for us. Safe neighborhood and covered parking. No-frills living.

The property was clean and comfortable. The neighborhood was quiet and we all got some great sleep. It was a great base for exploring LA. Convenient parking and EV charger!

I was very nervous about this rental because it only had one review. The host assured me all would be fine, and it was. Check in was smooth and completely without contact. I like the way this host gave us real keys instead of a lock code that half the city might know. Parking was exceptionally convenient under the building. The condo was well furnished but the kitchen was not very well equipped. It was possible to make toast and coffee in the mornings, though. A baking sheet, some better flatware, and more than 3 plates would be a really good start. The linens were clean and the host was gracious with things like paper goods, dishwasher soap, and kitchen trash bags. There were a few K cups for coffee the next morning which was great. So, don't be afraid of this one. It was priced very nicely and worked out just fine.

This property is centrally located in Pasadena. Close to shopping and restaurants. The property manager was available and responsive.
