Very clean and comfortable room where everything worked. A real bonus was the little shared kitchen area with tea coffee and biscuits. Spacious dining room and two excellent roof terraces. Great for watching the sun go down over the old roof tops surrounded by screaming swifts. Elvas is a really interesting town and Concept is really well located near the top of the old town.

The shower was not designed well. The water went all over the bathroom floor. The door to the room squeaked. A little WD-40 will fix.

The building is special. Everything very clean. The staff was extremely kind and warming. I can definitely advise this place.

Minor maintenance issue with the toilet sear that was loose.

The staff was the best. Inês was really friendly, shared the most popular spots in town and she offered a snack at our arrival. The room was large, quiet and clean. Very comfy beds and nice room temperature.

The bathroom pipelines smelled a bit when you came in and the fact they don't have a shower glass installed makes all the water from the shower soaked up the floor.

Staff, cleanliness, location, facilities.

Noisy in the morning, can hear everything happening outside the room, mainly cleaning ladie working. Simple door, doesn't block outside noise. Design of the shower makes all toilet wet. Pillows not very comfortable and one had a brown spot that seems to be burnt by iron. Cleanliness wasn't in question, looked super clean but that spot on the pillow gives a bad impression. So at the end it is a fair price.

Everything was perfect! The guest house was beautiful and everything was clean. The room was nice and big, had a great bathroom and a small refrigerator, which came in handy. The bed was really comfortable and I loved how everything was cleaned everyday! The dining room and the rooftops of the guest house were a cool place to have breakfast. There was a coffee machine and free crackers for every guest. Last but not least, the staff is really nice and cared to know if everything was okay or if we needed anything.
