What a pleasant stay! The best stocked rental property we have ever stayed! We had want for nothing and the hosts were very responsive, so much so that they ordered a replacement blender and sent it to the house (although we didn't open the package, lol). We will stay again in the future.

We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The condo was just as listed. Very clean and had everything we could need for our stay. They really have thought of everything! The kids loved the extra pool noodles and beach toys. The shuttle to get from the condo to the beach club and the pool was very nice to have. We only had long waits one day-Peggy (one of the shuttle drivers) was amazing and so sweet. The beach service of chairs and umbrella was really nice to have available and made it so much easier going to the beach without having to load those items up. The owners were easy to reach if needed and responded right away. We would definitely stay at this property again and will recommend it to our friends and family.

We had a fantastic relaxing vacation at this property! It was very clean with great attention to detail. Everything we needed was available. Check in/out instructions, as well as directions about the amenities, were clear and easy to follow. The town home is brand new and the kitchen is beautiful! The Lost Key property amenities are also wonderful. It has very convenient beach access and two pools. We recommend getting the beach nachos and pina coladas at the beach club!

Family Tides is one of the best properties we’ve stayed at on VRBO. Very clean and incredibly well appointed - has everything your family will need for great beach trip. Easy walk or shuttle to the beach. Highly recommend this property.

This property is exactly as advertised. It comfortably held our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids). The bunk room was nice so that the kids had their own room. The beds were VERY comfortable. I usually don't enjoy being away from my bed but I didn't miss it on this trip! The kitchen was well outfitted with everything we needed and even had an air fryer. The beach is a short walk away and there is a free shuttle that runs during the day if you don't want to walk. The chair service is nice. If you want a front row seat, be sure to get there when they open. The beach club restaurant has fairly priced food and drinks served on the beach! The neighborhood pool is nice and large and was never crowded. The property managers were always prompt with their communication. We have stayed in this community before and highly recommend it. We will be back!

I would like to start with the positives of the VRBO because the owner was great with communicating and seemed to want to help as much as possible. They are also new owners and seem to have picked up many of the previous owners issues. She did say that they plan to renovate this property, but I am giving a review on the current state of the home. It is the dirtiest rental we have ever stayed in, by far. We were told that the property would be cleaned the day before we got there. When we arrived the carpet had most definitely not been cleaned and it is filthy carpet. Heavily soiled all over, from animals and otherwise. We were not told until after we arrived that the carpet was not able to be cleaned. Expecting clean carpet and getting what we got was beyond disappointing. The master bedroom had clearly dirty and/or mildewed towels and the master comforter has to be washed by us due to unknown substances clearly visible on it. The master shower is mildewed around the entire floor. When we went to put our kids things away in their room we opened the closet to find a high chair with such a strong stench of urine that it permeated the entire room. We pulled the trundle bed out in there to find sheets that were obviously dirty and had not been changed. These are a few of the sanitation/cleanliness issues we had On top of this, the sheets were scratchy, the beds uncomfortable and the pillows so lumpy they were basically unusable. The first day we went to get dishes we had to remove and rewatch several of them due to film or grease coating the tops of them. My husband attempted to contact the owner regarding these issues, and we have yet to hear back from her. This was probably over a week ago, and like I said, she had always been quick to respond on all of our previous correspondence. The owners seem to really strive for 5 star reviews, but there was just no way I could honestly write a 5 star review. We would definitely stay at this location (The Lost Key) again but would definitely NOT stay at this property.
