لا استطيع ان أشرح لكم أخلاق وتعامل دان المالك لهذه الشقة ، لقد ابدى إهتمامه لنا وكل شئ على ما يرام 💛 من القلب شكراً لك دان 🌹. الموقع مثالي جداً للمهتمين في السياحة الداخلية للمدينة وكل شي يبتعد عنك من 10 حتى 18 دقيقة بالسيارة ، والموقف المجاني لسيارتي في موقع الشقة شي مثالي وجميل . وضع لنا الماء في الثلاجة والكافي والشاهي والأواني متكاملة وايضاً الصابون لغسالة الملابس ، هذا شي جميل وانصح الجميع بشقة دان 😍👍🏻 سوف اعود ان سمح لي الامر وبالتأكيد سوف اقيم الليالي عند دان 👍🏻😍

Dan hat uns bereits vorab hervorragend mit allen notwendigen und interessanten Informationen versorgt. Die Organisation war sehr gut. Die Wohnung entspricht vollkommen der Beschreibung und war sehr sauber. Es ist eine kleine zwei Zimmer Wohnung und für die 4 Nächte als Familie für einen Städtetrip ausreichend. Verschiedene Buslinien fahren in der direkten Umgebung ab und man kommt so problemlos ins Zentrum. Parkplatz direkt neben der Wohnung. Empfehlenswert!

Very spacious! Kitchen area big enough for a table and a couch. Bedroom also large and even had a two sided wardrobe chest. Really high ceilings in the whole unit. Full sized fridge, with a big bottle of water for us. AC unit in the kitchen and another AC in the bedroom...both worked great. Shower in the bathroom was great too. There was a room with a washing machine too, which was a nice surprise. (We didn't have time to use it) Dan, the host, was very helpful and responsive on whatsapp. He had very clear, and very helpful instructions on finding the place and where to park, including pictures. Those pictures were great! Driving in Florence was a little wild and streets nearby didn't have clear lanes and people just drive wherever...I was so happy to finally get parked and leave the car there for our time in Florence! The free parking was one of the main reasons we chose this place and because it was kind of on the edge of historical Florence. (Didn’t want to drive into the city) So that meant it was a bit of a walk to some of the main sites, but not bad! (30 to 40 min max) Part of the neighborhood you walk through from Bronzino 53 to the main sites seemed a little sketchy. I was with my husband so at night I felt ok. But if I had been on a girls trip I would have been a little nervous about it and maybe would have taken a taxi back. But we never had issues! The large size of the unit was a nice surprise and the amenities were great.

A little far from main sites, but for what we wanted it was the closest value option with good reviews.

Quite a nice place to stay in Florence. The parking spot is a significant plus. We had a self check-in without any problems. The instruction the host sent were understandable and with pictures. The place is about 30 min walking from the Duomo complex.

Fantastic apartment, very clean and comfortable. It has everything you need. Parking is literally in front of the window. It is 25min walk to central Florence and public transport is available close by. Dan was a top host, great communication, left us map of the town and all little tips you might need. We loved staying there and would recommend it to anyone coming to Florence.
