Not much.....

Where to begin! No parking....had to pay $30 to valet which was not explained at the time of booking. VERY LOUD! LOUD cars revving engines and drunk people on the street until 3am. We only got about 3 hours of sleep before having to fly our very early the next morning. Total waste of money. The room was stuffy when we arrive and took over 30 minutes to cool down. Not prepared for someone staying there. Lots of bright flashing lights from the smoke detector which illuminated the room all night long as well. Walls are paper thin. We could hear the TV in the room next door. Just a complete terrible experience all around.

Location, breakfast, cleanliness. The sectional couch in the room was super cozy. The bed was comfortable.

It's a new hotel, but many of the fixtures and furniture are cheap and already damaged. The room was a little noisy. The walls seem thin. They provide ear plugs if that's any indication. I'm glad they did, otherwise I might now have slept as well as I did.

Yvonne, the kitchen staff racially profiled and verbally assaulted a guest. I witnessed, saw and overhead everything that was stated. The front desk staff was dismissive and condescending to this guest and Jadon the manager was not helpful. His responses were inflammatory and caused unnecessary escalation. This whole exchange made everyone at the breakfast area disturbed and uncomfortable. The staff was more concerned that a non guest may be trying to get a free breakfast and in turn will lose a good deal of business because of the way staff handled it. Yvonne had NO business yelling at any person and if you want to make sure guests only eat breakfast then verify room cards with every single guest. This was awful.

Nice modern property in a great location with helpful staff

Very loud music at the deserted pool. They apparently couldn’t turn it down even after we asked. Very annoying. It was hard to talk and read because of the very loud music. Why do they need to play loud music EVERYWHERE???

The hotel was very clean. All staff members were very friendly and helpful.

Street noise was excessive. The hotel even announced that they provide ear plugs and white noise machines to help drown out the street noise. This hotel may not be the perfect choice for those looking for peace and quiet.
