2 of us checked in together and were out on different floors. Same last name same time. We didn’t complain

Came to the Hotel early to check in. Everything appeared to work fine. Charged the normal $50 fee for incidentals. Two hours later we arrive with our guess and they keys don't work. I go down and they needed another $50 because they didn't capture the card. I could see the $50 that was held on my account but they requested another $50. I swipe my card they activate the keys and .....the door wouldn't open. I go up and down the stairs three times each with the person on the desk promising it would work. I finally ask to speak with a manager and the front desk lady radios someone who requests the door to be open. A maintenance guy finally comes to the door 30 minutes later and opens the door with a master key.
Short time later they bring a ticket for free breakfast. I thought that was cool until I see they charged me $16 dollars for the breakfast ticket!!!! So I've spent $116 for things I havent bought. God knows what's getting charged next, in our one night stay.

The light switch didnt work so we had to unscrew the light bulb at night. The window was leaking. There were dirty spots in the bathroom. Stains on the extra sheets we got for the pull out bed in the sofa.

My main complaint is the free way noise! It kept me up ALL night. There was never a time it wasn’t busy, and people would revv their engines, waking us up all throughout the night. It was honestly a pretty decent hotel other than that! The common areas were beautiful, the room was pretty good, but lacked a lot of amenities and seemed bare. The room ran very very hot. Has to turn the air down to 60 and open a window for it to be bearable.

First room (519) was across from the ice machine. Very noisy. Changed to room 401. Had to wait for housekeeping to unlock our first room so we could get our belongings. It took 20 minutes for someone to come. Much better than old room. Although there wasn’t any body wash. Front desk personnel were VERY nice and VERY helpful!

Stay was excellent. The room I book on Hotels.com was actually turned into a meeting room for that day's convention so there wasnt a bed in it when we got there. The front desk was waiting for us when we arrived, told us what had happened and upgraded our room. Also, since we had already purchase breakfast package, the hotel comped our dinner that night in their restaurant.

We had a great stay. Everyone was great! The room was nice and clean. We did like that they had a restaurant and they allowed dogs which both were very convenient.

Staff was nice, room was clean. The building though is old, has a musk throughout and is besides a highway and so the sounds of cars zooming by are a constant white noise in the room.

Showed up around 9:30pm. Was told the room i booked through expedia was unavailable. So they gave me a room with a queen bed instead of a king. Front desk was extremely nice. She was the best part of the stay.
Got to my room and i shared a door with the other room which had a family of 5-6 and could hear their whole conversation well into the night. Kids slamming doors. Then add the noise of the traffic from a major interstate right next to the hotel. The hotel itself isn't bad, but the location and type of rooms, at least the one I was forced into, will make me choose a different hotel next time.

It was a beautiful room with an excellent view. Very clean and beautiful. I only have a couple complaints. I wish the breakfast was better. It was very bland and the sausage was greasy. Our room on floor 6 didn't have good water pressure with the sink or shower. Aside from that, it was excellent.

Great customer service. Everything was wonderful except the A/C in the room did not work very well so the room was a little warm. Everything else was great.

Lady at the front desk was helpful with checking in and helping us switch a different room because the first room we had the AC was not working, however both rooms were very dirty. The rooms are older and have not been updated to feel clean. Dirty return vents in both rooms, rusty showers, stains are covered up with paint or caulking. Wouldn’t stay again.
