I think they tried to do the right thing but they did not help us see any of the games. We ran into a white family from North Carolina and was told that their guide person they used got them in the Louvre free and gave them a website to buy tickets. We had no help with anything only looks that made us uncomfortable especially AirFrance. You all mixed up our Dinner Cruise. They would not let on the cruise we paid for at beginning 7:45 … 8:30pm cruise. We waste all of our money on something that was falsely promise. We are not bad people. You ask for a review and this is what we have to give. You said not to give personal experiences but this is only what we have to give. As a christian we don’t use profanity or such things you are trying to paint us out to be. I think the waiter was rude in asking us ARE YOU ALL STAYING HERE. The major was great.

The place was wonderful. Great location and much bigger rooms than most in Paris. The staff at the front desk was exceptional. Hanae one of the reception staff went out of her way to give us recommendations for places to visit on the rest of our trip to other parts of France. She left us a hand written note and even followed it up with an email. It was really great service that went above and beyond. I’d say I’ll return but already have

Brilliant location! Easy to get to all the main sights of Paris. Great hotel with great rooms. Love the rooftop bar and how close it is to all Momtmarte has to offer.

Over all good hotel staff is nice and helpful only thing that I didn’t like was the water pressure of the shower it was very low that was the only issue I had .

Our room had a balcony overlooking the eiffel tower and it was amazing! The room is great with everything that we would need. We added the breakfast buffet in our stay and we loved the food, the view, and all the friendly staff. Highly recommended!

This was by far our favorite and best hotel stay during our trip to France. Upon arrival we were warmly received. We were lucky enough to have the most gorgeous room on the 8th floor with stunning views of the Eiffel Tower and got to experience the splendor of it sparkling at night. The room had two separate vanities, 2 luxurious soft bathrobes and even a bathtub. It was equipped with a coffee maker and tea kettle. The shower was equipped with a one way window which allowed us to shower while looking at the Eiffel Tower! We chose to stay in the room more than we anticipated so that we could open the windows and gaze at the view of Paris. It was like living in a dream. Perhaps one of my favorite touches was the room’s stereo which we paired our devices to in order to play music to while in the room. We also loved having access to water tea and coffee at all hours in the beautiful and clean lobby. The concierges provided excellent service which was unmatched by any other hotel. An experience we will never forget!

Having stayed frequently at the Terrass, we were lucky enough to get an unexpected upgrade to the penthouse. What a magnificent view! Friendly, helpful staff, great room, perfect stay.

We stayed one night at Terrass and had a wonderful time. The staff were all very friendly. Great location, walkable to Sacre Coeur and the wonderful streets and art scene of Montmartre. The rooftop bar was nice, but busy and doesn’t take reservations. The rooftop restaurant had good food with a lovely view! There is also a parking garage you can choose to use if necessary for a small fee, great bonus in Paris.

Perfect location to explore Montmartre, good connection with Bus and Metro for sightseeing in the the city. Very friendly and good service. The view over the city from the restaurant (7th floor) and the room we had (6th floor) is stunning.

We stayed three nights in this outstanding hotel. Every aspect of our stay was top class. Our welcome at the reception when we first arrived and then subsequently was fully focused on enabling us to get the most from our stay. The bedrooms and bathrooms are brilliantly designed. Everything you would expect to find is there but the room and the facilities are placed so thoughtfully and cleverly. This also extends to the dining room and bar. The breakfast was also of the highest quality. Locaton is great too especially if you enjoy Montemartre as much as we do but you can of course easily access other areas in Paris. Just brilliant.

We had a very good 2 night stay at Terrass'' Hotel. The hotel had everything you would expect from a 4 star hotel, but it was the service which made it extra special. We arrived at about 2pm with our suitcases. Immediately the young gentleman and the young lady at the reception rushed to help us with our luggege and carried them over the 2-3 steps to the reception. The room was not quite ready yet, so the young lady (Hannah, the main receptionist) made us coffees in the common area. The room was ready after about 15 minutes, and Hannah and her colleague offered to help us with our luggage to our room as there would be 2 - 3 steps in the corridor. We thanked and said we would be fine with 2 - 3 steps. The room was big for Paris and well equipped: The standard facilities you would expect from a 4 star hotel. The windows were triple glazed and kept any noise from the outside well out. The great feature of our room (407) was the view of the Eiffel tower and the cemetery of Montmartre from the window. The area is full of restaurants so we had breakfast, lunch and dinner in one of them during our stay. Therefore we cannot comment on the quality of the breakfast or dinner in their restaurant. The only concern we had was with their billing system. We had prepaid our stay, but I received an email in French saying that my card had been declined. But the charge had cleared my credit card The issue had been resolved by the time we came to check in. We would stay there again,

The hotel was perfect for our stay. Easy to get to from the airport, close to the metro, amazing restaurants nearby, and a view of the Eiffel Tower. Staff were very friendly and accommodating

We have stayed at the Terrass Hotel the last six times we have visited Paris. At this point, I can’t imagine why we’d patronize any other hotel, as the lovely welcoming staff and beautiful accommodations of the Terrass could not be bettered. We are also enormously fond of the charming neighborhood just below Montmartre, with the best patisserie in the world (Alexine)!!! The rooftop bar offers a grand selection of cocktails and affords the perfect vantage point for taking in the 11pm twinkling of the Eiffel Tower. We simply love the Terrass Hotel.

Second time staying at Terrass. No VIP (platinum) extras whatsoever, last time we stayed here we at least got a complementary bottle of wine. Property seemed less clean, we found many stray hairs in bathroom and even on our bed. Dining /drink options at rooftop bar were lacking.

I stayed at this hotel 10 yesrs ago and always wanted to go back … And wow what an amaxing job they done. Renovating doing the terrace even better. We got a room with stunning views over Paris exactly as I remebered it . The staff in the reception was so nice and overall this is a hotel i will stay in every time I go to Paris… The location is also totaly fab with pitoresque Montmartre outside the door
