Two night stay. No ramp for luggage and we have lots. No staff out front to help. Of course once we got inside then staff helped. Then room was not ready. This is a large hotel and not having room ready when requested in advance is not good. Had to take sunscreen and items out in lobby and staff kind of reprimanded me to use restroom on second floor. Who knew! Overall feeling was not welcoming and besides the lobby the halls, doors need updating.

Our stay was great. Room ready, staff super friendly, very clean, good breakfast. Gotta slam the doors to shut them and the floor to ceiling windows are top floor only. Great location

Not a single decoration in room. One chair. One small window. Breakfast was only passable. Not a 4 star hotel, despite the big high rise tower.

I don’t have any negative opinions about my stay at the NH Napoli Panorama. The staff made my days in Naples very special. Enza is one of the sweetest people I have met in Italy, always willing to help you with a smile. In the front desk: Rosario and Ilaria go above and beyond their job to help you with everything from how to get to places in the city to send you anything you need in your room. Very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. One of the best locations to get around in Naples, close to the most important spots in the city. The hotel is clean and has a good atmosphere. Above everything, the staff makes your stay the best. Rosamaria, the guest relations who greets you at breakfast always with a smile, knows her city and country like no other. She is always making sure you are comfortable and happy at the hotel.
Kudos for her! NH has a great asset on her.
You should check for yourself in your visit to Naples. I would love to return to Naples.

Lobby area OK, bedroom small and cramped. Bathroom door barely open/ close because space was so limited that the door jammed against the the trowel holder in front of the hand wash. Terrible rooms

The staff was not helpful at all. They gave us wrong information about opening hours of restaurants and said that we shouldn’t walk there even though it was totally safe.
They also called our room at 7am with an automated voice message even though we didn't ask for it.
The staff didn’t want to help us get a taxi for our flight even though they said they would call us one the night before. They said I could check to the street and get one even though it was 6:30am and there were barely any cars passing by.

We spent one night but we woke up on a sound of drilling .. they seem to have maintenance in the morning and nobody has told us, it was annoying!
We tried also to connect the Wi-Fi in the room but it didn’t work

A ramp at the entrance is need - you cannot expect guests to carry their luggage up those stairs in front of the entrance door. How about carrying a wheelchair or expect doler people to walk up those stairs !!!!!

Location was great , but our room the bathroom flooded every time we had a shower, air conditioning didn’t work had to request the basic things like toilet paper, bath robe , tea and coffee and our room key kept on not working
So I probably would give it miss next time

The hotel has been decorated but its hardwares such as the bathroom taps, air conditioning etc. were not renewed. Especially the air conditioner failed to work properly and making the room very stuffy.
Also, there was no kettle, no drinking water, and no coffee and tea supplied in room.

The hotel is very centrally located, but unfortunately the street is very busy and dirty. The garbage does not seem to be collected regularly. The taxi drivers stationed at the hotel routinely overcharged for rides. The room itself was good, but the amenities of the hotel were subpar for the rate being charged.

Stayed for the night before getting the ferry across to Capri so we weren’t there for long, however check in was quick, professional and straight forward. The receptionist was really lovely and made effort to provide us with great dinner recommendations, pointing them out on the map. The room was spacious, clean and a lovely view. Excellent location, took a short walk out for pizza the night we arrived and a short walk to the port the following morning. Overall really lovely and would stay again!

Two brief days to aclimatise to the area. Via Medina is very central and a good base for visiting all the main sites. Top tip: skip the breakfast and have it at Gran Cafe Grambinus instead. An unforgettable experience.

Naples is not a family place - I was born there and this part of the trip was a let down - the people and vendors are destroying the historic city
