Property was very well maintained, they have no AC which is why its only getting 3 stars and if your on the ground floor everyone slamming the pool bathroom doors and gates all evening is annoying if you sleep early and theres a annoying lady who lives on the 4th floor who constantly yells at people outside in the pool and video records them and puts them on youtube

The condo was very nice as were the grounds and the pool. There is a permanent resident who likes to harass people near the pool. Otherwise, a great place.

We greatly enjoyed our six day stay with exception for the last day- we were woken up at 4:00 am by an irate unit owner (who lives on the fourth floor of the multilevel building) shouting and screaming at the top of her lungs “follow the rules - the pool area is closed” multiple times across the courtyard at a guest sitting quietly on a lawn chair. She woke my whole family and all the guest in the entire property - which put a damper on the rest of the day. I learned later, she video records families and brags that she posted the videos on youtube. Apparently this is an ongoing issue with this person. It’s a shame one person can make a great place to stay so horrible.

Centrally located to all activities and shopping. Floor plan was well set up. Ventilation in the kitchen is poor and got really warm when cooking. Condo was very clean. The furniture was dated like from the ‘60s, but was well kept and updated upholstery. No AC, but with windows open on each end of the condo, there was a good breeze. Beware of strong winds in the afternoon. Don’t leave items on the patio, they’ll be blown away.

Nice location!

This was a great place to stay. Rooms were nice size and clean. One of the few places that had 2 bedroom, option. Elevator worked quickly too. Lots of friendly staff and customers. It has a vaping/smoking corner in the parking lot, which was nice. You could also walk across the street to the beach. There is a nice restaurant on the same property which also has great sushi and food in general. Really enjoyed the stay, would highly recommend to anyone.

The bech being literally across the street from the property was amazing. The view from the balcony was pristine.

have been coming here since 2011 and it’s always great. staff is amazing. location amazing. only downside is that there is this lady in one of the owned apartments that constantly harasses guests and staff by filming them.

The place is nice but theu have this one resident that owned one unit that keep taking video of us while in the Pool.And we ask the front desk to talk to het but they can’t do anything about it.It’s just a terrible experience being video all the time while enjoying the pool

The front desk lady was so friendly and I enjoy speaking with her. The restaurant on site the food was delicious. The area around the property the common area was well kept.

No air conditioning, I would not have booked this property if I had known and had no air-conditioning. It was sweltering hot the first night and there was no breeze. There is a man on the fourth floor that is crabby and grumpy and yells at everyone! Location is decent and the property grounds are kept up and staff was excellent to deal with. But the air conditioning was for me, and I would not rebook this.

Me and my two kids stayed here for 4 nights. The staff is friendly, I loved the kitchen; it had all the utensils needed to cook a quick meal. The w/d is super convenient. The only “but” were the retired residents that want the pool area quiet at all times. They would come out their balconies to quiet any loud noise or record with their phones if something was taken place.

NO Air Conditioning in the rooms

I love everything about the Maui Beach club. It would be absolutely wonderful if they had air conditioning.

It was fine. No air conditioning and it made it difficulty to sleep. The provided a fan but it was the humidity which was the issue.

Living room furniture very uncomfortable. Rooster crowing from 2:15 am to 6:00 am 40 times everyday. Guests didn’t observe quiet hours. Should be enforced by property staff

There is no air-conditioning which upon entering feels like a shock of heat and humidity. After opening every window, the place cooled down significantly. Trade winds in the afternoon helped with cooling the unit however after a day at the beach and a little sun, there was no refuge from the days heat without taking a cold bath and requesting a extra fan. Aside from not having the option to turn on a A.C. to cool down and needing to request a comforter to make the pull out couch bed survivable (they had none, just a egg cushion thing) I was satisfied with the room and customer service. I asked for a additional fan which was happily provided and a cushion for the couch bed which was provided. At the pool my daughter had a floatie and a staff member told us floaties were not allowed (simple ring type floatie-----our child is a strong swimmer) later that day and following days we watched as all typed of floaties were being used by other guests.

The ocean view is positive. We arrived on Friday, June 21st, at approximately 1:45 pm, after a 5.5-hour flight. Upon check-in, Dawn informed us that starting June 19, 2024, the property would be undergoing renovations of the pool bathrooms. We were also notified that the pool bathrooms would be closed during this period and that the water supply to our unit would be off for about an hour. When we checked into the Unit, we were greeted by a maintenance engineer named Antonio. He mentioned that the ice maker in our unit was broken, likely due to the previous guests. Additionally, I immediately noticed the oppressive heat in the unit and inquired about adjusting the air conditioning. Antonio informed us that we needed to go to the front desk for assistance. Upon arriving at the front desk, we asked Dawn if we could be transferred to a room with air conditioning. I explained that I have multiple sclerosis (MS), and exposure to severe heat could trigger an MS relapse and lead to illness. Dawn apologized and stated that the entire property does not have air conditioning. This critical information was not prominently featured on your website or your Expedia profile, which is a significant oversight considering ADA requirements. Given the circumstances, we had no choice but to check out immediately and find alternative accommodations with air conditioning. This last-minute change forced us to incur additional expenses of over $$$$ for a new place down the road.

It was noisy in the parking lot, so if your windows face the parking lot, it could affect sleeping. No check in service at night, so you will need to call for temporary check in and check in officially the next day during office hours, inconvenient for early departure or late arrivals. The others are fine. A few walks to the beach.

Nice and clean. Great value for the price

We just had our first ever Hawaiian vacation at this resort. The resort was clean and the grounds were nice. The only con was no a/c but a great breeze blows through pretty frequently. A note to mention: a longer term tenant in building C third story has a real problem with kids swimming and being in the common area . Two different days the lady came out and and yelled at the kids for being in the common area before 8 and then again the next morning for an adult not being in the pool with them. We were sitting on our patio. (They’re all 11) but other than her we had a fantastic time
