Gave away prepaid room. Evening staff was rude. Room had soaking wet carpet and smelled moldy. Bathroom light stopped working. Overall, horrible hotel and stay.

There were no hot water and the the tv reception was bad……couldn’t watch any program….

Great location, near shopping, restaurants and entertainment. Friendly staff.

Got there late Friday night at 1 am desk clerk gave my husband a hard time then was placed in a pool side room when i paid for a city view partys going on after midnight and the music by the pool they play was so loud all night long also every door the locks have been popped out through the hotel so anyone and everyone came and went as they wanted even if they didnt have a room there i been staying at this hotel over 11 years sense the change of hands its went way down hill i never stay here again!!

The Pool had Algae growing on Walls was dirty. We lost electric from storm. Had to go across st. To LaQuinta and stay.

This was the most terrifying stat I ever had!the lights went out for 4 hours! We were not accommodated or even got an apology for food spoiling and. The hotel being completely dark in the dead of night.I need a refund.

The only issue I had with this hotel was that they did not serve breakfast even though it advertised that they do. I was upset because I had chosen this hotel believing that they had breakfast. I learned that I would contact the hotel prior to completing booking.

It smells

No brefast in the property and nothing to aet theatre , and the pool was closed all time , no body can't used 😞, so only for rest my vacation. They have to fix the pool before the weekend for the costume use .

The property is old. It had a cheap cosmetic “attempt” over last few years. The shower had good pressure and hot water. The bed frame, again, is ridiculous. Extends from floor to knee high a few inches WIDER than bed! Stub toes, bang shins! Mini fridge and microwave old! No settings on fridge? The worst, in ALL rooms, is the TV situation cable, lack thereof! Minimal channels! No, zero sound on TBS!?!? Horrible picture quality! Buzzing/humming sound in background on every channel!!! No idea what kind of “package” this is? Think 1970 red roof inn middle of nowhere I-95

The shower head fell amd broke and hit me in my face while i was shaving , so i cut myself bad in my leg , u can tell its been fixed a few times already , very uncomfortable situation, so had to continue my shower with the water spraying at me in the wrong direction the bathroom was soaking wet there was blood everywhere from me cutting myself, it was an awful way to start my day before boarding our cruise, also we had a guy knocking on our door most of the night we have no idea why, I called the office and nothing got done about it, we also asked for an extra towel and an extra pillow we were told we would get it at 11:00 when they did shift change at shift change nobody had access to any kind of extra towels or a pillow WORST STAY EVER .

Second time here, and I was disappointed. Next door played loud music all night, the sink was semi-clogged, so the water wasn't running down, and the seats in the room looked nasty and had smeared white stains. I understand you pay for what you get because we wanted a cheap stay for a night, but our first visit in 2023 was much better with cleaner rooms. Not sure we'll be coming back.

This is my 5th or 6th one night stay in last 2 months. This room WAS remodeled. The hallway nor the room smelled like mildew, which 2-3 of others HAVE! (Room did have damprid so it’s an ongoing issue they’re AWARE of…) The other beds had clunky wooden frames extending out where you kicked them or hit your shin!?!? This bed was a standard frame✔️ The floor, chairs were not new, but seemed clean! The shower HAD great water pressure! Plenty of warm/hot water! This has NOT been the case. Lastly, still a major annoyance, the TV/cable is a joke! Seems to be less than 15-20 channels(lot of doubles?) and the volume on a couple is OUT/zero!?!? Also the humming/buzzing sound is disturbing! Like a 1970’s garage bad during rehearsals!?!? I don’t bother w tv in my short stay other than to verify they’re ALL awful!

Do not book here.Property does not look like the Pictures . Hotel is disgusting. The pool is filthy. Shower head is broken. Microwave didn’t work. Some of the rooms were boarded up. I would NEVER book at this place again.ill rather sleep outside
