The staff and service were awesome. The room didn’t have a remote for the TV, so the front desk person had to bring up a new one after being swamped by check-ins. The thermostat had repeated errors, so the front desk person had to fix it. The room isn’t very sound proof, and I could hear every single person walking in and out of their rooms and walking down the hall. I was awaken at 3:30 am, and couldn’t go back to sleep.

Needed room near Kaiser hospital. We were on the 3rd Floor. I'd stay here again when in Sac. Facility was quiet and CHP office was across the street. Easy access to fwy. Breakfast provided had hot and cold options. Every staff member we spoke with was professional and pleasant.

Quick stay after family event. Room was comfortable and beds were good. FINALLY a room with lighter weight bedcovers. I have such a hard time sleeping with the too hot goose down that hotels always have. I appreciated that our room had cooler bedding. Parking lot was packed, but we found spots available. Elevator smelled like weed, but that is our society these days. Hotel cannot control what people smell like.

Hotels.com listing is misrepresenting this hotel. The bed was very springy and creaky, not a pillow top. There are no EV chargers at this location as stated.
Doors/walls are paper thin so noise level is high and I was woken up multiple times overnight by other guests.

Reception was friendly but everything else about the hotel was average. Truly average. Perfect for the “need a place to sleep for the night” moments.

I liked how it was easy to check-in. The staff was really nice, especially the Hispanic lady who was patient and let us get breakfast at the last minute before she started cleaning up. My in-law enjoyed their first stay at a hotel.

This is a 2.5 to barely 3 star hotel, or should I say Motel? Only 4 little dinning tables and 10 chairs...really? Food is like hot meal. I don’t recommend it.

My grandmother had to go out of her way to use the stairs since the elevator was not in service. Not to mention once arriving to their room on the third floor, there were roaches in the room on the tv stand.

Was there for less than 12 hours and it was a decent place and bed to sleep on. Little outdated but nice and personable staff. Other guests friendly as well.

Before 7am people were talking then one the guest came out from his room and was yelling at the people that were talking. I was unable to sleep and rest. Other guests were making noise @ 3 in the morning.

Check in was easy and it was pretty quiet. It was cold in the room so we turned the heater on and I dont know if it was the heater or the curtains above the heater but it was a very strong pee smell and as long as the heater was on we smelled it.

We only stayed for the night. The only negative was that the bed, we could feel the springs and only 1 very thin "blanket". Luckily we had with us a comforter, otherwise it would be like sleeping with just sheets.

Long wait time to check in - took 30 min. Thin comforters. No one answered room service at 10:45 pm. I believe one person was manning the register and there were 6-8 ppl waiting to check in.

This is our 11th or 12th stay at this property. The staff is always friendly. The breakfast is really nice although I wish I was open a little later than 9 o’clock. Plenty of places to park that are well lit. A good value.

The staff at the front desk was nice. The parking was clean and easy. The room looked nice. The couch needs a vacuum. While sitting down i kept getting sand stick on me. The mattress was yellow with stain that may have been there for years. The AC/heater works well. The breakfast was not the most appetizing. I enjoyed the stay just wished they were more detailed when it comes to cleanliness.

We had a good stay. We had an unexpected (non -deposit) charge at check-in but it was straightened out at checkout. Would stay again if we are in the area.

Service was great. Room was basic. Sink and tub drain was slow so they would flood. Carpets didnt feel so clean. We ended up leaving after 1 hour knowing we wouldnt get a refund. I didnt feel comfortable having my two young boys play on the carpet or showing in the flooded tub.

Breakfast was better than expected. Place was clean. Very quiet. Stayed for 2 nights. For some reason room service took all towels even the clean folded unused ones after the first night. Would book again
