Great location next to shopping and Toppers Pizza was close by. We also found some food trucks near by that was a plus. The Hotel is clean and it was an easy check in.

Loud neighbors partied all night long, 10pm-3:30am

Loved the location, very convenient to shopping by short drive. Parking lot had damage where we parked and was a tripping hazard. Jacuzzi and pool area were clean. King bed was old and uncomfortable. Room was pleasant. Very tight fit to get in and out of the bathroom as the door only had about 1 inch of clearance to the commode. The sight needs an upgrade. It is decently maintained, but is starting to show its age on the rusted fence hinges at the exterior gates. Lobby is updated, but didn't compensate for the lack luster in the room.

The property is clean, well staffed, and central to everywhere we needed to go for the weekend. Bed we’re comfortable too :)

We were very disappointed in this property! Marriott has has always had a good reputation in our minds and we expected even more from their Bonvoy properties, sadly missed by a long shot. The reception clerk was the and that was about all! We had more of a positive interaction with the housekeeper when we asked to have towels replaced, she did that and emptied a trash can as well. The room decor is dated, our room could have used better cleaning. Dining was very limited and very expensive. We have stayed at other company’s properties in Oxnard in the past - less expensive, cleaner, better staffed and complimentary breakfast as well! It was near the family we were visiting - a positive, but the other places we have stayed were too! Definitely not worth th almost $700 we paid for two nights. Hopefully the City does not send someone around to look at the wiring!

When we got to the room they weren’t even done putting the bedding on so we were confused if they were dirty or not. The sliding door to the first floor was wide open and there was a huge mosquito eater bug that came in. the fridge was wide open for some reason too. When we told the front office they didn’t care about the fact that it was undone and just said that if it was dirty they can’t check us in and didn’t offer any explanation. they only had one other room to offer but if they didn’t have that we would have had to leave late at night it was already 11pm. And then at night we heard loud noises we thought were gunshots and scared us and it scared us more because the entire wall was a thin sliding glass door and the bar to close it was broken. We called the office and they said it might be fireworks but the timing on that was so bad.

Nice clean hotel. I feel safe here. Staff very nice. I would stay here again

I liked the idea of the property being so close to the 101 freeway. Very convenient!

Noisy guests were handled by hotel staff. Only bad thing is the pool was closed for our entire stay.

Rooms were nice and big, even though the bathroom was small.

Honestly, it was horrible. We were there for 1 night, and when we got back to our room (room 311) and got in bed at 11pm, we realized that the motion sensor light by the door was broken. Broken in the ON position. We called the front desk and they assured us that it would turn off after no motion, but it did not. It was too late and we were too tired to pack up and move rooms (which they did NOT offer anyway). The bright light stayed on all night and severely impacted our sleep. Additionally, the air conditioning was loud (which is common in hotels now) but it made a rattling sound that was SO loud. It would turn on for 5 min and then off for 10 min, and that kept us up. I reached out to the hotel after our stay to give them the opportunity to make it right before writing this review, and I was never contacted. I would never stay at this hotel again, and do not recommend it to anyone.

They gave me a room that was under construction and already had people in it when I walked up to it. They didn't have any corner suites left so they booked me in a separate building with no elevator. Had to walk up stairs and listen to ice machine. No furniture on balcony like they don't want you to use it. Rooms were nicely decorated and comfortable. Lock on door was totally useless and didn't work and I was late for a business meeting so I just placed a couch in front of it when I slept. Staff was very polite and apologetic and offered to help with my luggage up the stairs and said they wish I said something about lock when I checked out. So they did care but I was just over it by the time I drove 4hrs to get there and finally checked in.

Easy check in, staff was efficient and friendly, property was clean.

The sofa bed on Suite King is twin. Four people should able to sleep in the room but it’s impossible to sleep 2 in twin bed. Room is so expensive but so small for the price.

Walls are paper thin in this hotel and you can hear people talking next door even with normal voices. I had a difficult time sleeping since the neighbors were having a hangout with friends in their room late in the evening (admittedly, this is a pretty normal thing to do). The location isn't great.

Chose this property because of electric car charging capability…but couldn’t charge my car because someone else left their car with charger for 12 hours. Hotel needs additional chargers…or a policy regarding a time limit. This was a rapid charger, so the other car should have been able to fully charge within 1-2 hours. This other guest greatly inconvenienced me.

Stayed here more then 5+ times & things have drastically changed at this hotel from the front desk service to the cleaniless ans quality of the rooms . Showers heads are broken down

I did not like the property or the surrounding’s to congested!!

They allow party in the room , we can’t sleep coz other guest having party till 3 am. We called the front desk but nothing resolve.

This is the second time I stay in this hotel. It is safe, clean, staff is nice, located in a safe area. I will come back.

We had booked a corner room with a double pull out sofa bed and specifically selected the room for 4 people. Upon check in they gave us a room with a single pull out sofa bed, and the room was designed for three people. They moved us to a smaller room with two queen beds instead of the suite which we had paid for. The hotel has minimum amenities, and would not provide additional sugar/creamer packets or even coffee. They have no coffee in the lobby, no continental breakfast or any complementary refreshments, no housekeeping unless you specifically ask for, and even then, they did not provide cleaning when we asked for it. If you forget a toothbrush, you can 'buy' one from the front desk. They have the worst customer service of any hotel we have stayed at. The room they moved us to had minimal storage. There was a two-drawer tiny dresser, if one can call it that. Expedia did a really poor job of providing a room with our specifications. This hotel is difficult to access due to its location among a bunch of bank buildings and where it's situated. They have one car charger but we could never access it. Skip this hotel if you can help it. A Hilton would be a better choice.

I would never stay in this hotel ever again! i wouldn’t even pay 100$ to stay here. First of all i had to look for the person that was at customer service to check me in because she was nowhere near sight. On top of that she was not helpful at all, we had luggage and asked for a cart to carry our luggage she said they had none at the moment.. ok weird. We had to ask her where to park, how to get to our room .. and etc, Our room was in the 2nd floor, we get to 2nd floor and guess what? Our room wasn’t there!!! i called customer service and asked where our room was ? she says “oh theirs a twist so you have to come back to the first floor exit the building and go to the second building and go up the stairs, “thats where your room will be at” mind you , that building had no elevator !!!!! we had to carry our luggage go up and go back down because their was no elevator! Ok we are in our room settled down ready to go to sleep, their was non stop barking i called the front desk and asked them if they can tell whoever dogs they were to keep it low since it was 12 am and we were trying to sleep. She says “oh those dogs are from the house in the back of the hotel we cant do anything about it” Overall, save your money your better off at a Motel 6. HORRIBLE EXPERIENCE, worst courtyard marriott Ive stayed at.

Great location near retail. Hotel is adjacent to freeway but not directly next to it which results little to no noise and or direct traffic out of parking lot Room was fantastic . Large and spotless . Wonderfull hotel and will definitely return

Ice machine by our yard was broken and the sheets on our bed didn’t feel clean.

The food snd snack options are incredibly expensive. I needed help getting my membership points collected it should of just been handled by staff. Save me the hassle as I’m a weekly visitor working in the area. Multiple repeat customer. Yes, I expect better service.
