We stayed there one night while traveling. The room was comfortable and we really didn't have any issues until we tried to take a nice shower in the morning. The faucet on the shower fell off. So basically we could not take a shower. I went to the office and explained everything and they said they would offer me points for choice hotels and not a refund for the night. I was okay with that but I have not received my points yet!

The room was in basically ill repair. We walked into an overwhelming lemon chemical cleaner smell and immediately left the door open to air out the room. The bed comforters were basically dry rotted exposing the cotton lining. The bath linens were stained as the sheets. There was standing water in the bottom of the mini fridge. Worst of all were the fleas! The manager was kind enough to give us some money off but this was a never again kind of place. I’d stay in my car next time.

We had asked the front desk since breakfast wasn't being served until 7am if would it be possible to get an oatmeal packet, since we had to leave at 5am. He kept telling us that he didn't have oatmeal packets. Well at 5am in the morning when I left my card key at the desk, there were several oatmeal packets out. It just upset me that I was lied to.
Also in my room, it wasn't cleaned very well before I got there. There were dirty socks from the previous person in the room.

Crackhead knocking on our door after midnight. Lots of people walking back and forth all night. Seems as if its a drug hotel. Many permanent residents.

The room was dirty. Cigarette burns in sheets. Stains on walls and floors. Tub was filmy and dusty.Dirt in Corners of floor.

The Wi-Fi did not work, the TV did not work, the ice machine did not work and the staff was unconcern. Also, the breakfast was sub-par.

The only good thing about this stay was the bed , it was comfortable. But the cleanliness was horrible. Dirty rag left on the floor when we walked into the rm. Bathroom tiled area sticky and filthy, carpet filthy and sticky. I felt totally unsafe at this hotel. Next door room had a massive fight at 4 am and screaming in the room and then out into the parking lot. Which only confirmed the unsafe feeling.

The front desk staff was very friendly but our room was disgusting. I had reserved a non smoking room and our room REEKED of cigarettes. The comforter smelled so strongly I could barely convince myself to climb into the bed. There were random McDonald’s toys around the room and children’s stickers on things. The sink only had HOT water and the ceiling of the bathroom had mold spots. People were getting arrested outside the hotel during our stay. Quite the hotel for $145 a night.

People were nice but hotel should have replaced blankets and some towels years ago. Some towels were almost brown. Sheets had holes like they were burned. Microwave smelled horrible.

Overall a nice and clean property. My only concern was the heat/AC controls. It was cold outside but hot inside the room. Finally was able to get the temp adjusted using the AC controls.

Service from check-in was not great. We receiced 1 key for 2 people and 2 nights. The key expired after 1 day so we had to go back to the desk. The 2nd gentleman who helped us waa much better. The room and the building was not exceptionally clean.

We requested and received an accessible room, but there was no shower bench or chair available. For $35 they could buy one that would last, but they lacked the consideration to provide one.

Absolutely disgusting. This is the worst hotel we’ve ever been in. Booked a nonsmoking room and it smelled of smoke. There was blood on the walls. Burn holes on chair and bedding. When we asked for a nonsmoking room he said it was. Instead of putting us in a clean, nonsmoking room he kept asking us if we wanted to check out. He then blamed everything on cleaning staff. He refused to refund us any money. We called and begged a hotel for a room and they told us to head over.

The property was an older motel but well maintained. Our room had everything you expect and need during a stay. Fridge, safe,hairdryer and plenty of towels etc. Easy parking. My favorite thing was the bed. Soooo comfortable. One glitch during check-in. I booked thru Expedia and they hadn't sent my paid reservation thru but the motel staff, who were very friendly and helpful, put me in a room so I could get comfortable and figured it out. All was good when I left. If I am ever in that area I will stay again. Thank-you.

The carpet in the room was wet. There may be a leak in the sink. Carpet was dingy and musty. People living in the hotel were loud and not respectful to the guests. Woman constantly yelling at her kids. Not very welcoming.
