The condo was great! So spacious and it had the amenities we were looking for. We didn’t realize it was in the mountains, so the drive up & down daily was a surprise. However, the mountains make for great scenery

We got a very spacious well appointed condo. It was very nice. They let us have early check in, were extremely nice. We didn’t use the amenities, but it all looked very nice. Not much to do in Ramona, we were there for a graduation. Great stay

Staff is very friendly and accommodating; every request we had was met in a polite and respectful way. We always love the peacefulness of this place!

We stayed in a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit. It was perfect for 4 adults. Plenty of room. The kitchen was stocked with dishes. We would certainly stay here again. The only down side, lots of stairs from the parking lot to our unit on the second floor.

Only dislike was that the reservation area was not open for very long or early enough in the morning. But they did provide a lock box for later arrivals.

It was a quiet home away from home experience. My 3 teens loved it becaus eof the ameneties and all the activities available. At the end of day while out during the day exploring the city, my children would ask to "go home already" They rather come back to our room and enjoy the comfort and quiet. Its a long ways from the city. You should prepare to drive for at least 20 min before you can get through the community. We used a car rental so had no problem putting in the miles.

It was super clean and nicely decorated. The grounds were well maintained and beautiful.

Staff was excellent and did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. Really good with kids.

Room was great! Loved the kitchen & balcony.

Check-in time was limited to 30 minutes in the afternoon. We had to come back to the office twice to complete registration.

Very happy with our stay, the interior was beautiful everything was clean. We loved the views and seeing all the beautiful birds when sitting out on the balcony.

This was our 3rd time here. The property is very nice and quiet . Staff are friendly and responsive .

Visited family in the area, loved the activities and amenities available to us. Great to have a washer and dryer as well as a nicely equipped kitchen.

Beautiful property but it would have been good to know that requesting first floor did not guarantee no stairs to get to room.

Amazing condo! Very fairly priced and super clean! If I have the chance soon, I will definitely be back here. I just wish Ramona had real Uber or taxi service.

Place was excellent

Very quiet area.

Large bedroom, full washer/dryer, full stove/fridge, fireplace. Very comfortable bed. It was a great experience and room to relax. If you cook, you might want to bring you own knifes. The outside areas are gorgeous.

The woman that checked us in was great. The check in desk closes at 5, so no late check ins. The rooms are excellent and very spacious. Some of the wooden walkways need repair.

This is our home away from home. It has all the comforts of home. Facilities and staff are wonderful. The Spa is an added bonus!
