#1-I called three days before arriving and asked if there was a shuttle service from the airport. I was told yes but when I arrived and was looking for it, it never arrived. When I called the hotel, I was told it was not available so I had to make other arrangements to get to the hotel.
#2-When I arrived at the hotel and got checked in my room was supposed to have 2 beds and it had only 1
#3-when I was leaving the next day, I ask the front desk if I could drop off some out going mail and was told that out going mail was also not available
Extremely poor customer service, I definitely will not return

This was such a gem of a place for us to take a plane to get back to the Chicago airport. It only took us 18 minutes (early in the morning) to get to O'hare. I enjoyed staying there.

Check in was easy. Reserved a king room, but was given a room with two queen beds. Room was clean, but sheets on bed were worn and torn. Curtains were also torn. Disappointing for a Hilton.

It’s not as clean as it should be. There was not enough hot water, dust in a bathroom’s ceiling vent. TV Chanel’s were on and off at times. Good thing about it, very quiet area, sleeping was very good

Front Desk very unprofessional and rude, me and my family will never stay at this hotel.

Front desk was not very friendly and did not point us in the direction of our room just handed us keys and said have a good night. Got to our room and the sliding glass door was unlocked and could not be locked so we ended up having to switch rooms. Second room had multiple light bulbs out and the pull out sofa was filthy looking. The carpet felt like wax. Over all not a good experience wouldn’t visit again.

I only stayed for one night but it was a very good experience! The location was safe and quiet, good staff, a clean room, and a very comfortable bed. Almost wish I had reason to stay longer!

We were woken up at 8am from housekeeping who thought we had checked out. We confirmed that we had not checked out. The front desk woke us up 15 minutes later to confirm we had checked out even though we had not checked out. We believe it is because there was no one at the front desk when we went to drive one of our group to the airport at 3am and one of the staff saw us leave on the security camera but did not check to see if we had returned.

Glad we arrived to check-in when we did, because even though we had booked 2 rooms with 2 queen beds they overbooked and left us to a “junior suite” meaning 1 king bed and a pull out couch. Leaving some of my group to not have as great of sleep. We received no information on where our rooms were located or the best spot to park, and no information about breakfast (which is not included).

The rooms don't have their own microwave and the communial one does not do a good job heating up food. They also charge $15 for hot breakfast. Otherwise, it's quiet clean,safe and near shopping and dining options.

Stay was as expected. Booked a king sized bed, received a room with 2 doubles. Hotel as not able to accommodate king- staff said they were “fully booked”

Overpriced for what we got.
Breakfast buffet was horrible! Did that once and won’t do again. It was cold, coffee cold, service was lackluster. Paid cash and got out of there. Tipped the waitress just because didn’t want to interact with her one more time and didn’t want to wait for change!
Gap in door half inch wide, poor water pressure, carpets were sticky so dirty, cobwebs all over, broken lamp shades in hallway, sliding doors were sketchy.
I paid almost $1,000 for 2 rooms, 3 days 5 adults and feel ripped off. Called a week ahead and spoke to someone at facility to upgrade our room to king with adjoining double room. Was told taken care and when checked in - NOPE no record of it.
Will NOT be recommending this facility to anyone and will not travel to WoodDale again and stay there.
Very disappointing to drive 10 hours, spend that kind of money for subpar quality.

There was bedbug stains on 1 of the mattresses so we had to change rooms. The staff was not kind or professional about the situation. The beds were comfortable. The baked cookies were delicious.

Positive note: I liked the fact that the non smoking area I stayed-in, had no lingering scent of marijuana or cigarettes.
Some negative notes:
I was disappointed by the stiffness of the half bath towels with an over powering scent of bleach. The same description would describe the bed sheets.
One would think the linen would be a higher thread count and would be sufficiently softened and large enough to wrap around one’s body in comfort. The sheets would equally smell and feel as comforting.
Over all your establishment met acceptable STANDARD accommodations.

Our flight at Chicago O’Hare was canceled, so we had to find a last minute stay. It was fast and easy to get a room and check in. The only real complaint I have is how nasty the pool restroom was. There was a toilet full of toilet paper and other stuff, toilet paper all over the floor and the trash can was full. It looked like it had t been cleaned in quite awhile. Other than that, the kids really enjoyed swimming in the pool.

We booked 2 rooms and keys are not working for both room. We already tired from our trips and have to stay longer and go back and forth for those rooms to get the keys working and they are at different floor. We have 4 people in our room and there is not enough towels even i ask the front desk, they don't have enough towels for guests!!! We have to share the towels which is not ideals for us.
