It took 45 minutes to check in. There was only 3 people in front of us. The poor girl was so frustrated. Mold in the bathroom under the calking. Needs to be updated. Tile, fixtures ect. Won’t stay there again!

Toilet runs constantly. Bathroom in poor shape, only one big towel for 2 people. Bathroom door barely closes. Hole in part of bathtub. Main door to room barely locks from outside. Short on cleaning staff. Arrived after 4 and barely had a room open

Dated and sad!

Disappointed on the condition of this property for the price of $350 plus tax a night. Old and not kept up.

Hallways were more outdated but our room was nicer and more updated. We only stayed one night and the hotel was loud with college students late into the night.

Property appears to be undergoing renovations. furniture is well worn, many things in disrepair. Even our window on the second floor was a piece of plastic, not glass. With all of this said, Our room was clean. We had a good nights rest, and it served our purpose just fine.

Red Lion needs a booster shot from the veterinary doctor

The beds are super comfy, but otherwise just an average hotel.

Been here several times now. Friendly staff and clean room. With the indoor pool it's a good value for the money.

Facility looked nice from the front, breakfast room, in poor condition, tall 12 inch grass on inner court, sprinkler head broke with water running every where, no ice machine on 1st floor. Computer didn’t work at the front desk, so took about 30 minutes to check in.

The hotel is nice overall, but there are issues with maintenance and upkeep. The fridge in our room didn't work and there was damage to the baseboards and counters in the bathroom.

This property is receiving a much needed refresh and makeover. Staff is friendly, comfortable mattresses. For the price it’s acceptable but it’s not the place yo go for more then one night if you want comfort and amenities.

looks like another victim of covid, place is run down and uncared for. looks like it was something pre pandemic

Noisy, smelly, felt unsafe. All side doors were locked until 6 am. I felt bad for the staff. The place needs major updating.

Front desk employee was extremely friendly and helpful. The mattress was extra firm. Shower was stained. Overall the room was clean. Very limited selection for the breakfast.

Not a bad place to stay. Wasn’t sure I was walking into the correct hotel at first because the name isn’t on the building and there are several other hotels in the vicinity.

The room was dirty and there were many broken items in it.

AC stopped working through the night and only blew hot air. Had to unplug it, so it got a little stuffy.

Front desk people were cold and not very friendly. Reluctantly accommodated a 30 minute early check in.

I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is just downright unsafe so I feel obligated to other travelers to provide fair warning. Fortunately the desk staff and manager were friendly and efficient so I can at least say one positive thing! We noticed before even getting to our room how dingy and run down the place was but had read reviews that it was being renovated so we soldiered onto our room. The first thing we noticed when we opened the door was that the AC was cranked up and it was about sixty degrees inside. The second thing was the smell....musty but kind of weird musty. I noticed dog hair on the carpet right away. The bathroom counter had obviously not been wiped down. There was something stuck in the peep hole of the door (gum?) making it unusable. The final straw was that someone had put a ziplock bag over the smoke detector. The room did not smell like cigarettes so who knows what they had been smoking in there. We checked out and got a room at the much nicer place next door. The next morning as we were leaving, there was a woman totally tweaking in the parking lot of the Red Lion. So sad. To their credit, they did promptly process my requested refund. Bottom line is that this is not a safe place to stay.

The room was ok - just - but the hotel was in a terrible state of repair - chunks falling out of the walls, unkempt weed infested grounds. No key card access to outer doors so anyone could gain entry totally unchallenged. There is a sign saying doors would be locked at 10pm but that is pretty useless if you decide to break in before that. We are shocked this place is still represented by Expedia. A lot of the disrepair looked like it had been in place a very long time.

It’s was great. Breakfast was a little smaller than have seen at other hotels. But could be due to a slight remodel they are doing. Overall great easy and clean place to stay

This property was near the freeway, clean, and comfortable. Our room didn't have towels when we checked in.

Get what you pay for. Older building that has no elevators and smells Like mildew. Employees do what they can with what they have. Did not have towels but didn't realize it until I got out of shower, dried off with a wash cloth. Breakfast options were apples. waffles, cereal, muffins and toast.
