Check in was horrible the room had hard floors with no rugs so when we came in it was raining and we got water all over the floor because nothing to wipe our shoes on and the ac was broke so hot rainy night

There were large roaches in the room. The deadbolt on the door wouldn't unlock and we had to get help from the office. The flooring had gaps around the perimeter of the wall because it wasn't installed properly. The price was too high for this quality. More in line with the price of a Days Inn.

It was fine for the time we checked in and it’s one stay and the price was good, but the hotel needs to have bathrooms renovated and carpets replaced and regular extermination.

This is an old location that benefits from good photography. It’s not dirty but the surrounding area is unkept, the building is aged, and the construction site next door ensures you’re getting woke up at 6 by chainsaws and heavy equipment. The parking lot is far too narrow and all of the asphalt is broken up into rocks and pot holes. I wouldn’t stay here again with newer similar priced options in the same area.

everything's was good but it was just the air conditioner wasn't working and that was the only downside but everything else was lovely I appreciate it keep up the good work

I feel that the brand has been disrespected and reduced to a trap house which is used by drug dealers and drug addicts. This property needs a makeover and it needs it soon because there is no way that I would ever stay in a place like that again. I have stayed at your hotels throughout the country and never have I ever seen anything which was so disgusting. Simply cleaning the grounds does not make the property a stellar property. It needs attention, it needs renovation, and it needs new ownership.

The hotel seemed to be clean, however it had a very strong odor. It was hard to pin point the smell. Either it was old damp smell or animal urine or a combination of both. But it was very strong.

Clean facilities and a nice pool. The price was great for short notice booking.

Our first room - had a bad odor and cigarette butt and little things left in the drawers so I don't believe it was cleaned properly. The door would stick making it extremely hard to get out. We were locked in attempting to get out for 10 minutes or so and that caused a panic. However, the maintenance man helped us switch rooms and they were very friendly about it. The second room was comfortable and fine. However, they didnt program our keys correctly and they expired after our first night. Again, they were very helpful and friendly with getting that fixed. I did however come up with some of my under garments missing from our room that I don't see any logical explanation for but I am not one to jump to conclusions so I didn't mention it, but very strange because there wouldn't have been any reason for me to "misplace" any of that due to not taking them from the room unless being worn 😅 The pool was great. Not a very large selection of breakfast, but enough and it was good. The location was very convenient. Overall, it was a decent stay for the price but definitely better options out there.

We arrived Friday the 19th, first thing that happened was that my hotels booking was not honored so I had to pay $20 more. She said they do not have a suite which is how Hotels.com site had it listed but the room was the exact one shown on the hotel site but because it was listed as a suite they did not honor the booking... Second issue , but wasn't a huge deal, was we had no towels and the ones given had black stains on them.Had to go up front the next day to ask for bath towels. Third, the do not come and give towels or clean or make the beds like In the past unless you request it. This could have changed since the last time we stayed at a motel/hotel. Fourth, we had 3 roaches in the room the second night, probably due to the fact that the bottom of the door does not close and there is a gap. Fifth, the hotel could use some repairs, no vents in the bathroom, etc The pool was clean though. We did only choose this location because it was the only one left available.

I booked 5 nights and left the hotel after the 2nd night and had to book another hotel.Bedroom had roaches and smells bad,no housekeeping, broken towels, tub in bad conditions with mold,hallway carpets super dirty,broken ice machine The same employee runs the reservation dept. and the breakfast at the same time running from one side to the other. I will no recommend this hotel don't waste your money.

The only thing good about this place was the location, after that everything was bad, the bathroom super dirty bathtubs, broken lights that were never fixed after request, the place looks dirty and the personal very limited. Poor maintenance of the installations. Stay a way from this accommodation.

Needs major updating

This location felt more like a low rank motel; not a nice relaxing hotel. I slept with a gun due to not feeling safe. I couldn't wait till sun rise so i could leave.

Loved that it's right by the interstate. Very convenient. With good pricing.

The check in went well, and the room was ok. The bathtub needed a more thorough cleaning. The air conditioning unit kept making noises so it was disruptive particularly during the night. After sitting my laundry outside my room door for pickup, I returned and asked for more bedding, there were no pillowcases. I wasn't given any towels then I went back and I was given more towels. The breakfast looked good on Sunday, but I was checking out that day.

I specifically reserved a handicap accessible room for my father in law. Once we got to the property i was told it would be two days before we could get the handicap room. We checked the other rooms to see if we could make it work. But rooms smelled terrible

The air didn't work so we had to take a fan out of our car and use that and it was hot I will never stay there again $100 for a dump

We first pulled in to be greeted by bums in the parking lot, up and down the hallway was gangster like individuals with tear drop tattoos under eyes, then extremely loud Spanish music playing at pool with people not staying at the hotel grilling and dancing in the parking lot, then we attempted to ignore it all and take my daughter in the pool only to have gangsters spitting all around her in the pool! Front desk staff excused all concerns! Extremely rude! Garage lined up along back side of building, whole backside vacant and open rooms, and whole place smelled like Cuban cigars and weed! Front of hotel was very deceiving!

My air conditioner did not work. I stayed for 3 nights, paying around 400 dollars. I will not return
