Our first room has not been cleaned, there were no towels, pieces of trash were on the floor, and there was a huge black garbage bag full of garbage in the room. There was also a nasty smell and the furniture looked old and worn out. Nothing looked like the condition of the website photos. They moved us. Middle of night. 2nd room, looked better but when we woke up the next morning, we discovered blood stains on some of the sheets and a huge stack of dirty towels with old blood on them in the bathroom. We were told it woukd be cleaned by the time we got back. It wasnt. They moved our room again, late night again. 3rd room was like the website pics. Bed was okay but we were tired. The breakfast was tasteless and the grapes were spoiled. We were here 3 nights. We alaso had our heat set to 75 and could feel the cold seeping in through the windows as if they were open.
Morning of checkout, there's a fire marshall paper on the door stating the fire alarms and sprinklers are not operational in the whole building. The front desk clerk, Mercedes, was very helpful and reached out to the GM about everything but the GM did not look into any of it. They gave us some comped snacks and drinks, and took $50 off our stay. I would not stay here again. Some of the rooms are gross and in need of repairs and updating. They need new cleaning staff. Parking is hard to find. This is a very low budget hotel with a Hilton name tag to justify the price. Stay in the rooms closest to the office.

first room it is 29degrees outside and the heat did not work and a repair person was not available. This room also had broken doors, drawers, and the base of the hallway stairs (only way in and out) was dirty and crowded by a utility cart at the bottom. The night Mgr moved us to a second room, again no heat and now colder outside. Then much later that night, she moved us to a third room with heat,but the room had broken drawers and cockroaches in the bath tub. The overall appearance was highly worn out property both inside and outside. We have eliminated it from future possible stays because newer properties are available at the same price. Good Bye Hilton!

My day was wonderful. The people were wonderful. The supervisor over housekeeping went to my room and got me a beer and brought back out to the pool. Can’t ask for better service than that. The people at the front desk are great. marlise does a great job

We came for a three day mini get away and couldn’t have been happier with our stay. Only complaint I have was the water was either super hot or too cold it was hard to balance the water temp. But we were so pleased with our stay I was ok with one small flaw.

The first room had spider webs. I requested another room with smelly trash in front of the next-door room. There was no elevator. The staircase was dirty. The receptionist Mercedes was awesome and understanding. This hotel needs to be closed for remodeling or hire a maintenance crew.

Worst experience ever! Dirty inside and outside off the room and inside the room smells really bad and bed was not made well.
We wanted to change rooms but they didn’t have any available. So we decided to leave the hotel.

After checking in, our key would not open our room door. While the staff was quick to respond, they were unable to fix the door, although we were able to get into the room. Then after being in the room for just a few minutes, we quickly realized the air conditioner was not working at all. Additionally, everything seemed stained or dirty, and the room reeked of carpet deodorizer. We checked out, requested a refund, and booked a room down the street at a hotel that was clean and air conditioned.

We had to go back several times to the front desk because our room key cards wouldn't work properly. We thought the front desk clerk fixed it the first time. But no....one card worked and the second one didnt. Went back again. Its a hassle to take time to get something fixed that's not in your control. Also, the " world class fitness center " wasnt. I'm dumbfounded how most of these places dont have decent gym equipment.

The staff were very friendly. The lobby was nice. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms were dingy and outdated. The couch was sagging and dirty. The carpet felt dirty when walking on it. Overall, for the price we paid, I would not stay here again.

I rely heavily on reviews when booking trips, so I am obligated to say: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. 1) the hotel is in terrible condition. Very run down and the rooms are not clean at all. When we arrived, the toilet in the room did not flush properly so I called the front desk and they told me no one was available to fix it so they had to move us to a new room (which was equally bad by the way). While I appreciate them trying to solve the problem, my husband and I had JUST moved a ton of baby stuff from our car to the room so it was very inconvenient with a sleepy infant. 2) there were groups of teenagers in the parking lot smoking weed and drinking. 3) am obviously intoxicated individual was wandering the parking lot arguing with the air. We did not trust the property enough to eat the breakfast since everything was so disgusting. I reiterate: DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL. These issues are not one offs. You have been warned.

We had not stayed at this property since 2020. It has certainly gone downhill since out last stay. Overall the buildings and rooms have become very "tired" and "well used". Places where touch-up paint had been applied in the stairwell and the room were very poorly done. There was no lighting in the stairwell of our building which made it difficult to use the stairs to the 2nd floor without our cell phone flashlight. The A/C in the suite worked well but it is loud. Although the bathroom and beds were clean and the kitchen appeared so also (didn't use kitchen), the chocolate brown carpet left me wondering how much dirt could likely be buried in it. The A/C return vents (2) were coated in a sticky dirt/dust. There is no exhaust fan in the bathroom. Towels were adequate. Housekeeping is every-other day. We did not use the pool but the front desk was happy to announce it was now open and several people were using it. We only ate breakfast 1 morning as we found it was less than adequate so we were forced to find breakfast elsewhere. The location is very convenient to many places and easy to access off the interstate. It is quiet at night as it is located in an office park area. Overall, we will not stay there again as there are many other hotel options in the area. Too bad Hilton has let this property get so run down.

This was the worst managed Hilton property that we’ve ever stayed. They did not have any maintenance or housekeeping available at night our toilet overflowed and they had no cleanup available or personnel to help with the toilet. It was terrible plus they did not have clean towels

Very disappointed with this Hilton property. I changed rooms twice. The first room was not clean. The second room was not cooling properly. I stayed in the third room the but still was not pleased at all. Water dripping from the pipe under the bathroom sink coming onto the floor. A drawer that would never stay closed and a crack on the cooktop in the kitchen. An iron, but no ironing board. VERY outdated and says it's a 4-star hotel. I asked the manager to comp my room for one night after moving from room to room. She stated she would not because they rectified getting me into another room. Yes, another room that was horrible. She offered me 5000 points as a Hilton Honors member. I didn't want points, I really deserve a refund. I will NEVER stay at this 2 star property again. The manger needs more training in customer service. Only one person at the front desk (Mercedes did her best) with several guests trying to check in....and the manager is in the back.

I booked a suite for 6 for one night, following a baseball game. When we returned to the room to set up the pull out coach, there were no pillows or blankets for the bed, so 2 of the guests. We called three times to get an answer and immediate hang up. Then walked down to the lobby to find the worker cleaning and with an attitude asking what we needed and questioning us when we said it wasn’t in the room. Then when he gave us the bedding, he only had one soft blanket and one pillow available. We are lucky we had an extra pillow in our car for our friend because the hotel couldn’t provide it. We also had problems with the room cooing down. The room temp was 74° but we set it at 68° and it kept getting hotter!
The hotel is clean and a great location, but the bedding and temp situation really ruined it for us. End of the day, a hotel is where you should sleep. If you can’t sleep well then what is even the point of a hotel?

While the suite was great, the service was terrible. Check in time is listed at 4pm.I got there was 5:15. My room was finally ready just a few minutes before 7pm. To make up for my hour and a half waiting in the reception area I was offered sodas for my daughter and I. The next day we wanted to use the listed shuttle service to go to the Cobb Galleria Center, it took 45 minutes to get a ride and the outside door handle feel off in the driver's hand, he had to go around, climb in the driver's door and open the passenger door from the inside. We called to get a ride back that afternoon and we're told it would be 45 minutes, not a problem. At the appointed time we went outside to wait and I called to make sure we hadn't been forgotten. We were told that the driver was bringing others down to the ball field in a few minutes and would then pick us up. A half hour later I called to see if there was a problem. I was told he was loading up now to go to the ball field. Another half hour passes and I call back to be told he was currently unloading at the ball field. Another half hour and the excuse was that the driver had locked the keys in the van and was waiting for a locksmith. We walked back, which we would have done two hours before if they would have just admitted they weren't going to pick us up. The facilities were awesome, but I won't be back because of lack of service which the manager seriously doesn't care about.

Plenty of room for 6 of us. Room was clean, despite showing a little age of the property. Nice amenities. Another Homewood Duites we stayed at had a better selection at breakfast, tho this one was ample. Fresh fruit, such as grapes, bananas, apples, and oranges would be a welcome addition. Overall a great stay. Staff was VERY friendly!

This was more like an apartment complex and the reason that we booked a two room suite was because my mother has dementia and I didn’t want her being able to leave the room however they gave us a one bedroom suite with an adjoining room next to it so she had access to leave the property. We actually had to put furniture in front of the door to prevent her from being able to leave. I was extremely disappointed at the safety issues of that. Also, I couldn’t get anyone to answer the phone when I called because the television did not work for the high price I would definitely recommend , a different property.

When we arrived we were told that we would would have to pay $10.00 a night for parking even though it was not on the website. The A/C was not working in the room nor was the ice maker. The next room they gave us smelled like sewer and still no ice. The entire place smelled like pot, inside and outside, The staff never cleaned our room. We had to go to the front desk to get clean towels. I would rate this place a -0. It's like staying in the hood. I will never stay here or recommend this place. Hilton should close this place and have it torn down. I will never stay at a Hilton owned property again. This is terrible.

I love the layout of the suite making me feel a little more at home rather than at a hotel. Cleanliness was okay. My bathroom was not the cleanest (hair on the floor around the base of the shower). The trash had someone else's baggage claim receipt which just made me question whether the room was cleaned before my arrival or not. Otherwise, a very comfortable stay.

I requested non smoking and they said they all were but it smelt badly if cigarettes so we had to leave to get allergy meds 😡
And… specifically asked about breakfast… was told it will be ready before we leave… it was not.
Carpet was dirty, minimal towels for our group… will NOT recommend.

The room was outdated and damaged. It didn't have towels or toiletries. They charged me more than what was stated at the time of the booking for parking. The hotel charged a recreational fee but the pool was closed. Overall the worst Homewood hotel I ever stayed in.

The property was nice and the space of the room was great. The bed was even comfortable however the room reeked of smoke especially in the bathroom. We reported the issue and were told they would make it better for the next guests. We will not stay here again.
