While the property is a little dated, it was extremely clean and the kids loved the pool. Beds are a little on the soft side for me, but rooms were quiet.

This was perfect for us. A little wear of the bath area and that contributed to the 4 stars. Breakfast was great, staff were nice. I would stay again if in the area.

This is an older hotel that has been remodeled at some point. There was a very heavy moldy water smell in our room. The room was very clean, but even my 3 year old said it smelled. The pool and hot tub were nice. Decent sized hot tub and nice and hot. Beds were just ok - not rock hard but not soft either.

Staff at Best Western were great. Room was very acceptable. I know Best Western was not at fault but having a man screaming at the top of his lungs in a meltdown outside our room from midnite to 2 am was not quite an experience we were expecting.

Mold in the bathroom. Dog barking next door 1/2 the night;(

The staff were friendly and attentive. The night desk clerk got our room quickly, but when we went upstairs to it, we found the TV was inoperable. He responded quickly and gave us a new room within 10 minutes, delivering a new set of card keys and a guarantee that everything was in working order. Breakfast was fresh and hot in the morning.

Property is tired and sorely in need or refurbishing. We were there on our way to a funeral in another city. Our room had a horrible smell when you walked into the room. The air conditioner smelled musty. The room smelled as if the carpet had been cleaned and did not dry properly, it smelled like the carpet had maybe molded. We went to Walmart and purchased Lysol spray and sprayed everything and were able to stay in the room. The room other than the smell was clean and beds were comfortable. Would not stay here again.

Very friendly check in staff, nice area, quiet, comfortable beds and nice breakfast. Perhaps higher priced than expected but overall a nice stay.

Our toilet was broken; handle fell off. I contacted front desk staff at 8:00 pm. The man who was working the desk came up right away, checked it & stated he would call maintenance right away to repair. Said maintenance would have to, get a part & then would be there in 10-15 minutes to fix. Front desk gentleman was very friendly, & sincerely apologized for inconvenience. Said we would receive a $40 discount for the trouble. The hotel was full so we did not have option to change rooms. Well... 2 1/2 hours later, still no maintenance showed up to fix. Called front desk; A woman answered & was not very friendly, but said maintenance would be there "shortly." Still no one at 11:00 pm. Called front desk again & she said he would "be there in a bit." I asked if there was another restroom available to use & she said "you can use the one downstairs." No apologies for inconvenience. Very short & sounded irritated I had asked. Maintenance finally showed up at 11:15 pm. He was pleasant & had issue fixed in 5 minutes. When we woke up the next morning, the bill was under the door with no discount noted. I went to the front desk to inquire. The woman working did not say good morning, did not greet me in anyway. When I inquired about the discount, she turned around, grabbed a receipt & laid it on counter. It did have a discount, but the woman never said a word, never apologized or asked about the rest of our stay. So, good service from front desk man, terrible service from front desk woman

Shower drain was completely plugged, 5 min shower and ankle deep water. Makes you wonder how daily cleaning hasn’t noticed this…..no way it just happened to clog. Hopefully staff pays more attention for guests in the future after we mentioned it to them on our way out. Bed was comfy so no complaints there.
