The bed and bedding were great. 7am construction started with a huge bang. Woke up to large pieces of the roof being dumped in a dumpster right outside our window. Carpet was dirty. Wallpaper was being held up with masking tape.

Given us a remodeled room. They did comp us a room for one night because of all the issues.

Convenient location.

The facility was under construction, room and hallway smelled like mold. Contractors working in the same area guests were staying. View of dumpsters and debris out the room window. Noisy, dirty and loud. I had to go to walmart and buy allergy medicine. Hallways were dark, dirty and seemed abandoned to the point I felt unsafe. Not sure why guest would be placed in wings with active construction. Parking lot was also a construction zone.

Staff at the Tavern restaurant was very nice.

I was very upset by the fact that I paid for a “breakfast included” rate which is pricier but then we were limited to breakfast for up to two adults when there were four of us. This limitation was not mentioned anywhere prior to check in. Had this been mentioned, I would simply paid for a normal rate. Now, breakfast is served starting at 6 am but by 7:30 am, the restaurant was still closed and the front desk staff was no help and somewhat condescending. Also, the A/C in our room barely worked and it was 90 degrees outside. would not recommend staying here.

Location was good, a/c was cold, beds were comfy. over all not bad

Room is a little dated, but was clean. Small bathroom but it worked, not bad for price.

Staff was very friendly.

No water pressure and room was a bit dirty.

The staff was very helpful. The food was good.

Restaurant attached with Band on Friday night, hot tub (family activity area by pool was impressive as well but we did not use— pool table, ping pong, basketball hoop, volleyball net, soccer nets), bathtub

Parking area was crowded as snow banks pushed trucks back into driving lane so it was a tight fit to get through to park.
