Room was dirty. Tv didn’t work and could not be fixed.
Started to put clothes in the dresser but there was food sprinkles in it. Bathroom was dirty. Blood spot on the turned down part of the sheet. Breakfast not long enough.

We stayed for three nights. We got in late the first night. The place seemed like it could use some maintenance, but ok. Got up next morning and the soap and shampoo bottles provided seemed to only be partially full like they had already been used. Left for the day and returned. The room was not serviced. Only the towels were replaced. The next morning, we had to use the same old soap bottles. We left and returned again late. The room was not touched. No new towels either. I went to the front desk and asked for new towels. He said he didn’t have any and had no way to get any new towels. He basically said, ‘I don’t know what to tell you.’ He said he wasn’t in charge of the towels. He made no effort in trying to resolve the issue. I had to wait until the next morning to get new towels from the front desk. The breakfast was average. I was there about 30 minutes before closing and most of the hot food was gone with no signs of replacement.

Great service. Room a bit dated with lots of scratches in the wall with paint missing, ceiling cracks, but the outside lights did not allow the room to get dark. Comfortable bed and room but maybe blinds or curtains that can cover the light and an AC unit that does sound like it’s blasting off!

Overnight stay on much longer trip. Staff were helpful with some business printing that I needed on the way & that was much appreciated.

An indoor facility, easy access from multiple entrance doors. Dog friendly but with a fee. Good breakfast. You will not go away hungry. If you are gluten-free, you need to bring your own food. Would recomend more gluten-free options. Cracker Barrel with-in walking distance.

This was a perfect stop on our journey to Virginia. Quiet, safe and comfortable beds.

I wouldn't recommend this place. You can hear everything through the walls and in the hallway. Impossible to sleep with the sounds of the old hotel and street noise.

Usually have a decent stay here but this time was different. Discovered TV & WiFi wasn’t at 9:30 - nothing could be done until next day. Plus found couple bugs in bathroom this time .

We were asked to put dirty towels outside the door, but housekeeping did not visit our room, so I had to go down to the desk to ask for towels. The towels were small and thin. The front desk staff attempted to be accommodating and polite but that wasn't easy.

first floor, ice machine, broken second elevator broken other than that people are great room is very comfortable. Oh the AC unit struggled in the room one of the older fan coils.

Great staff. I booked a room for my 80 yr old mother that was traveling with her tiny dog to see her sister. I called ahead and the staff took great care to make her stay great! Nice hotel, breakfast was very good, and the room was clean & comfortable.

Before I was able to give my name the front desk told me I did not have a reservation. Room was not ready at check in. Water stains above the shower. Stay somewhere else.

Was given a room that was already occupied, front dest admitted they over booked and were not sure if they had a room for us. (room was booked months in advance). They did eventually give us a room, but admitted someone else would be out of luck. One elevator was out of order and the other one did not sound safe. The room was clean, so kudos to housekeeping, but the hotel itself left a lot to be desired. Only booked this hotel because of an early flight and close to airport.

Reserved a king bed and was given queen handicapped room. When told front desk was told they were full and we had to take it or leave it. There was one elevator out of order. Trash piled up by the doors. Ran out of breakfast at 730 even though was supposed to be enough through 930. Terrible. Will not stay here again

The property was dated. Down an elevator and no housekeeping. The breakfast was ok although no one seemed to be watching it. We were there for Nhra drag races. I’m sure they were somewhat overwhelmed, but I wonder if any other day is different.

The pool looked very dirty so we did not use it and there didn't seem to be enough staff to keep the breakfast area stocked. Our room was very clean and the bed was comfortable.

I liked that the property had a pool, however, due to an issue with pool chemicals, it was closed. Although it is next to a Cracker Barrel, it is out of the way to most other dining options.

The property on entering was not clean - dirty rus, cigarette buts and paper at the entrance, floor noit clean.

Property looked nice, however AC didn’t work correctly. Kept it on 60 and room was still hot, saw roaches in the first night. Will not be going back.

I’m traveling within US hotels for years and never had experience in the hotel with no power generator. Power was off for a while in the morning and all employees looked confused and “oh well let’s hope it comes back” there was no plan. Breakfast was closed to nothing and cold(obviously). Room was semi clean. I gave Laquinta a try but I’m afraid it would be a worse review if I would stay longer than 1 night.
