Staff was helpful. The property could definitely use some improvement. Clean for the most part.

Decent property, they are constantly improving and I believe over the next year this will be a very nice place to stay on Northwest side of Indianapolis. Pet friendly also

Decent room was missing a few things and details weren’t as pictured

The side I’m on now is really dirty not seen a big at this hotel until this stay. Also their ac leaked so bad it soaked my clothes and some electronics all they did was say I could leave or get a $4 discount. Then moved me to the dirty room discussed in beginning.

Room was clean enough, but run down bad. Doors hardly opened and closed.

Lets take the pool off the ad as accessible. It was closed and likely not to open without multiple repairs. Room good. What mm happened to days of daily cleans? My garbage overflowed.

We showed up to the hotel at 11:30 PM after a concert. Walking into the room it smelled horrible. There was hair and other dirty fluids on the sheets as well as holes throughout all the bedding. I don’t think anybody cleaned the room. They just pulled the sheets up, and that was it. There were people sitting outside on lawn chairs because apparently they rent the rooms by the week. The front desk has plexiglass across the front of it, and I was told by the two workers I would get a refund by calling Expedia that they couldn’t give me one. They never offered me another room or anything and no one would give Expedia authorization to refund our money, so I got an email sorry no refund. We had to drive another two hours to find a hotel room. This hotel had a good rating or I never would have booked it, completely disgusted by this whole situation.

Staff did all they can to accommodate us on a busy weekend. However the property is old and needs many repairs. The layout for restrooms is odd and tiny space. Needs a full renovation. Wouldn't recommend for families.

shower head had mold, stains on the sheets, and the shampoo packets that were in our room were already opened and empty.

Updating but great quiet place with nice rates for the area.

This property is definitely under new management and they are in the middle of renovating it daily. I see a great outcome. Staff is amazing
