Subpar hotel for the price. Good location and far from the River Walk so the noise level was better. However the tub would not drain when taking a shower, so we got bath/showers at simultaneously. Housekeeping also walked in without knocking.

Thought the charge for parking was outrageous. Granted there was a big event that weekend, but with room rates being so expensive already you would expect the guests to have a parking pass or something to enable them to come and go as that please instead of charging them every time they leave the the parking area.

I was unable to earn BonVoy loyalty points on this stay. I do not recommend booking via Hotels.com. STOP ASKING ME TO REVISE THIS; YOUR READERS NEED TO KNOW THEY WILL NOT GET LOYALTY POINTS IF THEY USE YOUR STUPID APP. Infinite resubmission loop - I can do this as often as you want.

Wonderful room, with-in walking distance of so many places. I was a little disappointed I had to pay for parking. I didn’t see anywhere that there was a discount or parking pass, but almost $50 for being parked in a spot for less than 24 hours was a little much. But the convenience and safety factor was a plus since I travelled solo. I also would’ve liked a mini fridge in the room but I was only there to sleep for one night. I will definitely be back to this hotel the next time I stay in Raleigh!

I was expecting more for a Sheraton.
My room smelled of cigarettes, the TV signal was flickering, and the floor was coming off, making noises. Also, we had a power outlet on only one side of the bed and the toiletries were not properly replaced in the next days.
The bathroom is small and the bath is slippery.

Location is good, easily walk to restaurants, close to concert venue. Hotel is a bit run down and dated. I would spend the extra money and stay at the Marriott next time if I ever needed to come back. It was fine and served its purpose, but I wouldn’t say it was nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful though

This hotel is in the middle of downtown Raleigh, walking distance to many restaurants and other places you'd want to go to downtown. Our room was clean. Registration/check in was a short walk in and an escalator ride up from the main hotel entrance. Parking for the hotel was supposed to be $15/day with drive in/out privileges according to hotel description in Expedia, but the hotel told us to park in the adjacent parking deck at our own cost, which was $22/day.

I had a wonderful stay at the Sheraton in Raleigh. The front desk host, Celeste, was pleasant, sweet, and incredibly accommodating. She ensured that we got our room quickly and without any issues. We were also provided with several key cards, which was very convenient.
I visit Raleigh every year for the Caribbean Festival, and my stays at the Sheraton have always been great. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a comfortable and hassle-free experience.

This has been the 3rd stay for me and my party at the Sheraton Raleigh. I have received nothing but pleasure each time I stayed. Check-in is smooth, might have a small wait but we are always greeted with a smile and friendly service. Our room was comfortable. Always accomodating. May not have mini fridges or microwaves in any of the rooms, but this hotel has style and class. Housekeeping is always smiling when I see them in the halls. I knownit may be separate but Jimmy V's is always a favorite. Ms. Shelly has become the friend I never knew I needed. The location is central to many different restaurants and stores. You cannot ask for a much better place to stay.

Property was convenient and in downtown Raleigh, staff was helpful but not overly friendly. We arrived at the address after ubering to the hotel probably around 7pm, doors were locked and employees inside didn't open the doors, apparently you are supposed to enter on the otherside of hotel for security reasons but there was no sign posted.

The staff was super friendly. The rooms were clean. Bathroom is a little dated but clean. Room had "wood planks" not carpet which was nice. There were several events happening at the hotel so lobby was busy but we did not hear any noise in our room. Conveniently located to lots of restaurants.

The hotel and the property was beautiful and clean the rooms was spacious and the view of downtown Raleigh was great . Didn’t like I had to pay for parking and I had to circle the parking garage for a spot . The hotel staff were great and very welcoming will definitely book in this hotel again
