The hotel was in a great spot at the beach and all the staff that worked in the hotel, in the restaurant, coconut charlie’s and on the beach were all so great and dedicated.

Very clean very quiet. Shower was awesome. I have been to several other hotels up and down the beach here and this property is my fave.

This is our third time staying at this hotel and everything is top tier, as always. We plan to come back in the future.

First off, I would like to state that this is an authentic review (from a human), stemming from my recent stay approximately 1 week ago at the Hilton Garden Inn at St Pete Beach in Florida, to be deliberately specific. Transparency is my motive in this review, so that others will have fair warning before booking here and having to experience what my family and I did at the Hilton Hotel in St. Pete, Florida. I am reluctant to have ever booked a 4 night stay here. I was repulsed by the horrid customer service; Practically everyone was rude and I'm not sure if that's the norm in St Pete or if us being an interracial family was the prime reason, but we definitely experienced some heavy racial nuances and undertones. Surprisingly enough, Gulf Shores Alabama was a warm welcome compared to the hospitality (or lack thereof) at the Hilton Garden Inn at St Pete Beach. There are at least 20 different hotels on that small strip, almost touching eachother. We strongly recommend booking with any one of them, EXCEPT Hilton Garden Inn at St. Pete. We definitely expected more from you, Hilton. I've been waiting for the manager to return my call regarding the unauthorized charges they made to my card and still have yet to get a response this is unacceptable after spending over $3k at their establishment never again will i stay at a Hilton property.

Check in was not ready on time. Cheap ass toilet paper and worked out towels that were rough on the body. No computer room. All of the hotel restaurants and tiki Barr way overpriced on drinks and food. The pool was like swimming in bath water. Don’t be mislay the pictures and write ups. This place is a Grade D . They need to do some major upgrading and changes. Also forgot to mention saw cleaning staff fill bottles of used water to fill other bottles for full to reuse. Total disgusting. Never again…

Everyone was so helpful and kind. The room was clean and beds were comfy. Easy beach access. Nice pool. Parking was easy. Absoutely no complaints.

Really fantastic in everyday. Superior to all the other resorts we saw. The property has been made over with all the rooms and communal areas beautifully redone. Pool was beautiful. On site bar and restaurant a brilliant vibe. Really recommend.

Check-In/Check-Out: The staff made it (in and out) smooth and hassle-free. We were a few hours early and the staff provided wristbands so we could use the hotel amenities. Excellent amenities: The hotel has a clean, nice pool with multiple areas to sit and relax at. We enjoyed spending time on the free hanging hammocks and the complementary beach, chairs, and cabana. Nightly the hotel offered free, live entertainment/music which we enjoyed. Great Location: The hotel was off of the main strip and is less than a minute and a half walk to be on the pristine beaches. I know they are competitors next-door, but on both sides of this hotel, there were other tiki bars to visit, they also offered live music daily. Clean and Comfortable Rooms: We booked a room with two queen size beds. The room was well kept everything worked properly and we had no issues with the facility. The room offered a lot of space and I would highly recommend. We really enjoyed everything about our stay, we found a free ride service that would give local rides in the Saint Pete Beach area if you do not have a vehicle or had a few adult beverages. I also enjoyed there are amenities to rent on the beach if you’re in the mood for an adventurous time of jet skis, parasailing, or a boat ride. We will definitely be back.

The property was good …. the staff was good… the bedding ( mattress and pillows) were somewhat uncomfortable. the down pillows went flat so the second night i had to go buy a pillow.

I didn’t like that they allowed dogs to poop everywhere on the sidewalk where people are supposed to be walking to the sidewalk to the beach.

Pool is small and closes at dusk. Ice machine on third floor was constantly out. Don’t try eating at the restaurant in the day time unless you like eating pool side or out by the volleyball courts/patio. I’ve stayed at nicer resorts in the area for less. Don’t think this place was very good overall.

Clean and quiet, beautifully decorated and great food served at the beach side tiki bar and coconut Charlie’s inside. We will be back!

We did not spend 1 min in the room, lousy view and smelled, and unfortunately, EXPEDIA left us high and dry, could not get us a refund and the support chart got disconnected twice, will not be using Expedia any more..

Parking lot view from many rooms. Overly priced room & resort fee for refurbed hotel. Room service only every other day unless requested. Experienced an issue first night. A hacker able to get through the room phone trying to scam & obtain our credit card info. Evening manager & another hotel person alerted to this hacker being able to get through hotel room phones to harass guests. Concerned about breach of our personal info. Hotel advised they have a phone security system and would look into the situation but have not received any feedback from hotel as to how this occurred. Will not stay at this hotel again.

Eddie at Coconut Charlies is incredible. He makes everyday special. Tez at the front desk is the same. This is our 2nd time there and won't be our last.

Tv was messed up and it’s desk collapsed. Took 3 guys to fix it all while we waited.
