Friendly staff and clean accommodation. Close to a popular pizza restaurant in the area.

I recently stayed at BW Paradiso, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing. The hotel is extremely rundown, with dust everywhere and outdated decor that feels neglected. The furniture was dirty, and the linens were old and frayed, making the room feel uncomfortable and unclean. The restaurant staff was far from friendly, adding to the unpleasant atmosphere. To make matters worse, the walls are paper-thin, so you can hear every noise from neighboring rooms, making it difficult to relax or get a good night's sleep. Overall, the entire experience was terrible. I would not recommend staying here.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was a horrible experience from start to finish. While the front desk staff was friendly and helpful, everything else was disappointing. The beds were uncomfortable, and to make things worse, I woke up with bites on my legs—probably from bedbugs. The sheets had stains, which is completely unacceptable. The towels were no better—old, frayed, and stained. It’s shocking that a hotel would even think this is acceptable for their guests. The hotel is far from the center, making it inconvenient, and the pool has restricted hours, so you can’t use it whenever you want. On top of that, you have to make an appointment just to use the pool. The restaurant experience was just as bad. The staff was incredibly rude, particularly the older gentleman with gray hair, who seemed to be the manager. The posted restaurant hours were also misleading—they closed earlier than advertised, which was frustrating and confusing for guests. Overall, this was one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. I strongly recommend staying elsewhere—there are far better options available.

This hotel is very cute and has an incredible view. Unfortunately, its situation on top of the hill meant it was far from the rest of the city, which made it difficult to walk places. Our room itself was small but had a balcony with a nice view. The hotel restaurant was pretty good (though I would not recommend the tuna tartar). The main thing that bothered me about our stay was the shower. Everything else about the room was very clean, but there was visible mold growing between the tiles and along the lower edge of the shower door. Aside from that, we had a pleasant stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful. I just don’t think I’d stay here again if I was to return to Naples.

There is not really anything near by. It has a spectacular view but the staff are very cold and not that helpful.

Amazing views and the staff are all terrific. Great breakfasts and coffees. This was the 2nd time we have stayed here and can't wait to go back again
