Construction was underway at property with some elevators not working and some smell of construction in the room. parking being free was appreciated.

We truly enjoyed our stay. The quality of service was excellent from check in person to wait staff of restaurant. Had it not been for the construction that was going on over my head at 8am Friday morning I would have given 5 stars. I was not informed that I could possible be awaken by hammering, drilling and sawing. After a night of family fun, I was counting on sleeping it off, but that did not happen.

Had a wonderful stay. Was so happy to know there was a shuttle service, to take us to our destination at MGM. Darryl even suggested we have dinner down at Haborside before going to MGM. We greatly appreciate that. Will definitely stay here again. Just wish the hotel restaurant had stayed open past 9, so we could enjoy drinks after the show. But will definitely be back!!

The room was dirty. Had a used cup on the counter. Dirt was under the vanity. The elevator was dirty as well. The bed was hard and dated. The TV was dated no streaming services or local channels. Restaurant stopped accepting food orders at 9PM.

The first thing that made our stay disappointing was the slow Wi-Fi which meant their Amazon TVs weren’t working. We had to have someone come up to help and even he, remarked on how bad they were. The room was fine, a little faded around the edges, and the rug was jacked up on the side of one bed. Also, there were no nightstands on the opposite sides. It was tolerable for the night but I won’t stay there again.

My stay was okay only issues that I had was room next door young kids making a lot of noise having partying drinking and smoking marijuana all night long call call front desk twice. One answered. Went down to the front desk. No one was there. Two of the police was in the restaurant inside of the bar even though this was late night

A good price option vs the MGM and they provide shuttle service to the casino. Housekeeping in the public areas needs to be addressed. The elevators needes to be vacuumed. The carpets in the room need to be upgraded. The air conditioner is very loud, but all-in-all a good stay and will come again

Everything is ok the hotel is clean stuff if ok the service is not bad food is excellent at the hotel restaurant. I was chahe $100.00 deposit to hold in event of anything broken. My room was left as of no one slept in it, cleaned everything as I arrived. Buy yet my deposit has not been refunded. I need my deposit back, keep your promise and policies in check.

Your customer service rep (front desk) M. Kam is very professional and knowledgeable. She was able to answer all my concerns and SOLD me on dining at the restaurant and trying the jotel signature drink; The Harborside...nice
Carlos and Juan are one of the BEST waiters and hosts (bar and restaurant) of the many hotels I have frequent.
Please come for the Harborside Breakfast and be sure to ask for either person. If there are any concerns, those two will address it quickly and professionally.
The hostess for lunch was awesome. I love her POSITIVE attitude, knowledge of the menu and great recommendations.
HINT: For Breakfast, the crab omelet and cheesey grits are "to die for" 😋.

The hotel was esthetically pleasing. As most hotels are the only problem I have is the constant interrupted sleep.Due to the air condition unit in rome, 224. A hotel that is esthetically pleasing. But where can that rest quietly in a room is a big disappointment. Especially because I had a long ride to get here. And a long ride to go home, so I didn't get proper rest. But physically, the hotel was nice, and the staff was great.

I booked last minute, and this hotel was a great value! Checkout at NOON (included) is an excellent perk I'm not accustomed to. I loved a bunch of little touches, like bottled water in the room. I could not get the curtain to close all the way in my room, but other than that this was a perfect room. I will be looking here first whenever I visit MGM National Harbor!
