We got upgraded to ocean front room with a balcony. The room is spacious and comfortably. The view is beautiful. Two Sheraton hotels and one Westin are located together. So the whole property is very big and there are several swimming pools. The property is beautiful. There are shops and restautrants onsite. The staffs are friendly and serivce is good. We had a great time.

Great room sea front which was booked as such. Plenty of food choices. Quite liked the casual sandwich bar “28g” in the foyer area, or going down to the Sheraton Villas waters edge Asian themed restaurant. As usual for Fiji service can be a bit random, might annoy some, never sure how many bottles of water or coffee pods you would get each day. Couple of issues with room (fridge no working) but replaced quickly without hassle. Good pools including a no kids one. Great buffet breakfast. Overall staff really helpful, just say Bula. Recommend, might come here again.

Great place to stay. Room was good and even though advertised as garden view did have view of ocean from patio. Staff were very friendly and attentive. I wanted to play golf and Denarau is just across road so great position. Also able to walk through to other resorts for different dining options. Highly recommended.

We had a lovely time at the Sheraton. Staff were so helpful. Room was clean with a very comfortable bed. Balcony with ocean view was great. Breakfast was brilliant with a good amount choices from pasties to fresh cooked omelette. Would definitely stay here again if back in Fiji.

Perfect holiday destination for us with young kids. Can not fault any part of our stay. Food was excellent, staff amazing and our room was clean, comfortable and bif enough for all four of us. Absolutely recommend this hotel!

The resort is absolutely wonderful, with warm, welcoming staff and a great atmosphere every day. Our daily breakfasts at Island 619 were always brightened by the kind smiles of Saratoga N. and Mereani T., who even arranged a special birthday song for my daughter. The coffee and cake at 28g were exceptional, and dinner at Tatavu was nothing short of outstanding. What a truly amazing stay at such a remarkable place!

This was our third trip to Sheraton Denarau. It's the perfect place for a family holiday. Beautiful pools, friendly Fijian service, epic buffet breakfast, and clean, well appointed rooms surrounded by tropical gardens.

We bought a 3 day Non mororised package at the watersport centre KaiWai, unfortunately the people there did not allow my son to use the Hobbie cat with all sorts of excuses which they did not mention when we bought the package, specifically for the sailing. The Hobbie cat was to old, it was too windy, they did not have enough people to put the boat in the water, ect ect. He was only able to use it one day out of the three days. We were very disapointed by this

We loved the hotel, the staff were amazing making you feel so welcomed and comfortable. I would recommend this hotel to anyone and we are already planning to go next year again. The only thing that turned me off little bit was that there was ants around the windows and sometimes around the buffet bread section.

Hotel is still stunning. I stayed here 40 years ago and this is my first time back. It is still as magical as ever. My big complain though is the building works going on that wasn’t disclosed at booking or at checking. We had to walk through the building area past many builders to get to our room. They were noisy and worked until very late in the afternoon. This morning is our first morning and they have just powered up the tools at 8.45am - at least it wasn’t too early, but a bit disappointing.

The property was fantastic, outstanding. The staff were so friendly and helpful and the food and drinks were all so yummy. I would totally recommend staying here to anyone who is thinking of traveling to Fiji

It was my first time staying at the Sheraton. The stay definitely exceeded my expectations. Very clean room. Fast service. All staff was welcoming and approachable. We really enjoyed the breakfast buffet and the pool was great to relax in. I would definitely recommend staying here and will be back soon.

Definitely 10/10 Sheraton Resort exceeded our expectations. This is a Wow factor hotel really feels luxurious, the room was very spacious immaculate and clean so happy we we're surprised with a free room upgrade to Ocean Beach room so greatful. Exceptional service from the staff and buffet breakfast is 100 perfect its another level. Staff are so welcoming and friendly. The facilities offered at this resort is awesome. Really love the shops oh I forgot to mention room service was fantastic did not have to wait long for our meals and the food was very delicious. We will be booking back at the Sheraton when we return for another holiday.

The staff at Reception was not sure what she was doing.
There was confusion with our booking from Expedia and Sheraton. Expedia saying it was Sheraton and Sheraton saying that it was Expedia.
We ended us not having dinner for 2 nights at Sheraton.

Beautiful room, great staff. The convenience to port for transport and excursions is great but that same convenience impacts the beach./sand quality. Depends what you are looking for/expecting. I had a great visit.

Great area in Nadi. Good beach great pool area. Little bit disappointed in the breakfast service as there’s only one place to get it and that’s the buffet, which is very pricey for a buffet. If you’re only gonna get a few eggs and some fruit it would cost you 130 Fiji dollars for that. A bit Ridiculous.
