It was okay. The person at the front desk wasn't there for 10 or so minutes so there was literally a line forming behind us. The place had a hole in the wall that they put duct tape over. The room had a weird smell to it to the point where we had to spray perfume to even be in there.

We enjoyed our stay in the annex except for the bed being uncomfortable. The mattress was hard. The room was sufficient and clean. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

This was a fairly convenient location (kind of close to the pier), but we paid $200/night for a room that was (in normal circumstances) an $80/night motel room. Front desk staff was a little rude and the room, although updated recently, was in pretty rough shape. The bathroom door was rotted through in one spot and the “updated” mirror in the bathroom was covering half of an electrical receptacle, probably not up to electrical code. Love Tybee and the Savannah area, but won’t be staying here again for $200/night for sure.

People loud all hours of the night. Loud bangin ne doit at 1am. Way overpriced for the condition of the room and property. Terrible experience other than the staff that are friendly. I am deserving of a refund!

Had roaches didnt notice them until i was checking out. Had a huge cockroach in the bathroom, felt sick to my stomach since i just spent the night their. They need to have pest come through, once thats taken care of it would be a lovely place to stay.

Very conveniently located. Everything is walkable. Great staff. The rooms could use bit of an upgrade, but overall we thought it was great value for money on a busy weekend. Definitely recommended.

The staff was excellent and so nice 😊 any time we needed anything they were so nice ! We bought a fan cause we’re used to sleeping with one and the one of the staff went to his car and let us borrow a screwdriver to put it together! Above and beyond! Thanks so much our trip was amazing thanks to the wonderful staff!

Rooms need to be updated. Had to change rooms due to next door smoking weed in their room. They also had a verbal altercation at 11pm.A man at the pool was wearing an ankle law breaker bracelet and was smoking weed poolside.Staff did their best to help but we will not be back.

We were very pleased with our room. The room was spacious, had a balcony overlooking the pool (we could keep an eye on the kids). Although breakfast wasn't served, hot coffee was available in the office, or a mini coffee machine in your room. The beach was within walking distance, as were restaurants and shopping.

This place uses strong smelling chemicals to clean the rooms! My wife has asthma and as soon as she walked in he breathing started locking up. I thought I was going to have to take her to the emergency room! Two weeks later she is still having problems. On top of all this, the room is waaay overpriced for what you get. And on Tybee Island you have to pay anywhere that you park (except motel parking lot) so bring a lot of quarters. This was supposed to be a romantic weekend for an old couple, but it was, and still is, miserable!

The staff was friendly and helpful. We were able to leave our car in the hotel parking lot and walked to the beach (if we drove to the beach parking is $40!)! The room was clean as was pool area. The hotel was walking distance to restaurants and shops. We would stay there again!!

Joy was AMAZING. Had issues w/ my tub not draining. They handled it so promptly! Hotel was minutes away from everything! Conveniently located and wonderful staff!! Definitely recommend for a spur of the moment trip!

Everything was good EXCEPT it was VERY LOUD all night and starting at 7am! I was on the first floor of the 'annex' in the back and my best advice is BRING EARPLUGS. It was SPOTLESS inside the room and out, and the staff are VERY NICE. The rooms have everything you need and the location is good - one block from the beach plus many restaurants and touristy shops two blocks away or less - and there is free coffee in the lobby and coffee makers in the room, and the price was better than the others around there.
