The staff was fantastic! The hotel was nice; it was just the outside and had some unsavory characters floating around.

Breakfast was super delicious. Noisy -- water kept running.

Staff was awesome during all shifts! Helpful, smiling, and even gave me a band aide for my blister!

I rented a suite on the first floor very nice room only thing i have beef with is the toilet in that room kept running and i had to take the lid off the tank and lift up the bobber handle to make it stop other then that i had a wonderful stay

We came in late and leaving early. Great place for an overnight stay.

Nice folks, beautiful property

This hotel is hard to find, and I arrived late and frustrated after driving in circles to find it. The staff soon had me in a much better mood. The front desk clerk explained how new highway construction had obscured the entrance and that I wasn’t the only one who had struggled to find it. The waitress in the restaurant, also the chef, made me a delicious burger for dinner. She also prepared me a yogurt parfait to keep in my in-room refrigerator, since I would be checking out very early the next day. The staff made the difference in my stay.

The property states that check in time is 3:00. We arrived at 3:00 and were told by the front desk that the person in our room had a late check out and would be checking out soon. They told us to come back in an hour. We came back at 4:00 and tried to check in and were told by a different person at the front desk that the person in our room had a 4:00 check out and had not checked out of the room yet. We were told he was a platinum member and that overrides our check-in time. We explained that we were paying for a room from 3:00pm to 12:00pm and there should be some sort of compensation. The front desk said they would talk to management and did end up taking $20 off our bill. The guest checked out at 4:05 at the front desk. Housekeeping and the front desk had words with each other regarding this. Apparently housekeeping knocked on the room door and told the guest he needed to check out. We were not able to check into our room until 4:40, which delayed our plans for the evening. The room was clean but the pool was green. The outside keycard entries to the pool and door by our room did not work. The sliding door in our room needs repaired. The Starbucks coffee machine at the Bistro was out of order. The overall professionalism and management of this property is lacking. A big part of us choosing this property to stay in was the pool and having Starbucks coffee at the property, both of which we weren't able to do. Even with the $20 compensation, we did not get what we paid for.

Nice clean convenient

Terrific staff! Everyone was lovely and wanted to make sure that I was comfortable. The room was clean but shabby and a bit worn. Nevertheless, I would stay there again.

I thought the property was nice. Our TV acted weird. It was located near shopping. The check in and out process was easy.

We loved this hotel! Rooms are beautiful and spacious! We had the king suite with its own bedroom and living area. It was priced right, clean and had super comfy beds! Highly recommend! Pool area was nice too!

Toilet drain does not work and despite mentioning it to front desk multiple times, still it was not fixed

Convenient location geographically. Meal had few breakfast choices. It was not close to outside restaurants. Long access road with slow traffic. Pick one on the highway west instead. There was a pair of under shorts on the floor in the room my buddy had.

We dealt with 4 different staff members during our 2 night stay and we were always treated very well. We had an issue with our heat in our room the 2nd night and we were able to be moved to another room. The staff member on duty that night and the one on duty when we checked out were both very apologetic about the situation.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, the front desk staff was great. The stay would’ve been 5 stars had the housekeeping staff not knocked knocked on our door and woke us up 2 hours prior to check out asking when we planned on checking out.

Overnight stay for work. I was surprised by the clean & modern design of the hotel for the location. Great basic gym in the hotel. Skeleton staff representation would be my only negative feedback.

Everything was very good, the staff was very courteous and professional.

Constantly had large groups of young’s adults running up and down the stairs outside my room. Eventually saw some more mild mannerd girls and asked them if they could ask the boys to keep it down.

Hotel was decent. Seemed a bit dated. Chipped paint and old looking decorum.

Property was nice. Kind of difficult to get to. It’s in a driveway behind the mall. Not the most convenient. But it was quiet and a good play to catch some 💤

The hotel was getting a new roof. There was NO communication about the work starting at 7:30 a.m. on Sunday morning. I was on the top floor and nailing and dropping of the packages jarred me from a deep sleep. I do not plan on ever staying at this hotel ever again.
