Very clean motel, housekeeping was great. Only problem was no WiFi in the room, had to be by the sink/toilet to get connected and it would usually drop after a couple minutes. Couldn't connect at desk or bed. Strong WiFi in the breakfast area though

Stayed Sunday thru Wednesday. It was quiet. The pool was a little cool (it is October) but the hottub was large and hot. Hot coffee and basic continental breakfast each morning.

Our hotel was fine. It was convenient for what we were there for. The only problem was when you say you have a continental breakfast it should have a hot meal enclude not packaged stuff. We were disappointed and others as well that were staying said the same.

The weekend we stayed they did not have wifi in our building. Enjoyed it was within walking distance from the historic district of Eureka Springs. We thought the mattress was too hard for us. Breakfast was all packaged food except for apples. Parking was good.

We loved the outdoor pool area, but the hot tub area seemed a bit dirty and had a weird smell. Maybe chemicals were off, but didnt feel clean in there. Rooms were great, breakfast was excellent.

Breakfast was spartan but adequate, and we knew this when we booked. Only reason not 5 stars was because of no wifi, and my wife needed to work for a little while, so we hunted wifi all over town (insteadofsightseeing). And the pool could be cleaner...

Had a comfortable stay here. The beds were great and the room was clean. However, there was no wifi at the property ...seems like it's been like that for a while. As this is one of the things that I look for when booking a room, I was really disappointed. I would have liked to have been informed before arriving at the property and given the option to cancel. I see that their website is still offering free wifi....

There was no WiFi available at the time. It took awhile to figure out how to turn on the jets to the jacuzzi tub. It was on the other side of the wall by the bathroom and the jacuzzi was in the bedroom. The breakfast was subpar and lacked luster.

Room was okay. We found out WiFi didn’t work at check in. Deadbolt on our door wouldn’t turn. Pubic hairs in tub. Would not have reserved a room here if we had known the motel was also a pot dispensary. Skipped the breakfast as the dining area was literally next to the dispensary.

In a very convenient location on the red trolly route to downtown. The room was clean but had an odd odor. The facilities are older but have mostly been taken care of. Disappointed in breakfast.

The hotel location is great if you use trolley. Very noisy bikers, alcoholics, and pot smokers everywhere. Hotels.com did not show a dispensary in the Lobby! Staff did not patrol pool or hot tub area to minimize noise. We found a random pill on the floor under ottoman. Did not touch it. Bed was ok, smallest pillows ever, and child size toilet.

We've stayed here three times now so I guess it's our go-to place. The rooms and staff are always excellent. There was a problem with wifi on this visit, but that was the internet provider, and the staff was working hard to resolve the issue. My only disappointment was that before covid, they had and exceptional breakfast buffet. Now it's just a substandard continental breakfast. I guess that's not a big deal if breakfast isn't your thing. But covid is over. Bring back the great breakfast!
