I traveled alone with assistive walking devices. I was expeditiously picked up from the airport. Then, when i checked in and attempted to "hobble" to my wing of the building, the drive came with a wheelchair and insisted that I let him help me. I had just had back surgery but my daughter needed me in El Paso. He saw my pain and didnt think twice about being of service. The hospitality from the hotel front desk staff was impeccable and pleasant. Room service staff were wonderful!!! Housekeeping was amazing!!! The hostess in the restaurant was so kind. I will have to make this trip annually for the next couple of years. I will always choose to stay at the Radisson !!!

My boyfriend and i decided to have a baecation/ staycation . Idk the pet policy in this location, but! I know if i had a dog barking all night and morning I’d be kicked out; well because it’s happened to me! Lol the room cleanliness was perfect, staff friendly, until house keeping came knocking at 9am (check out isn’t til 11/12?) and our neighbors dog wouldn’t stop barking the night prior and all morning. Our stay would’ve been way more relaxing if it weren’t for people who lack common courtesy.

I had 2 calls around 3 in the morning from fro t desk because they wanted to know my information, and they wanted me to go to the front desk to sign a paper as if I hadn’t checked in already, the guy that checked us in the night before said we were already checked in earlier which I don’t know how cuz I had just made the reservation earlier that same day. Horrible service experience.

It was a great stay, this was our 4th time and it didn’t fail us, the only lil complaint we have is not enough blankets for the chilly nights but then again we didn’t ask for another blanket from the front office, which I’m sure they would have provided. Thank You Radisson El Paso

Good but the floor was dirty, hair, sand, etc. The AC unit would heat the room up then immediately cool it down.

The hotel was very nice. Older property with a face-lift. Room was clean and spacious. Bathroom had a full size garden tub and separate shower.
We could hear a little bit of noise from the hallway. But it was a family with 5 or 6 children so there is that noise factor.
I would stay again.

I cannot think of a thing I didn't like about this hotel. I love it. I love that the washer and dryers are free, that was a great touch! Free breakfast would be nice.

Everything was very clean. The two pools (inside and out) were well maintained. There is an airport shuttle, but I just walked. It took 10 minutes and there was a sidewalk the whole way.

- if you have a room near the pool there will be kids shrieking all morning, no sound dampening at all.

Our stay was wonderful! Hotel is literally next to the airport, surrounded by restaurants. The front desk staff was very professional & helpful. Showed us our room & suggested the best entrance to use as far as parking. The only “con” I had was when we returned back to our room on Saturday night, our door was left open by the cleaning staff. Besides that, everything was perfect. 9.5/10, will DEFINITELY be returning.

I went to spend time with my grandson. He lives in El Paso. We had a great time. He loved that the pool was right outside our door. I plan on coming back in 6-8weeks. Maybe I can stay at the Radisson again

There was nothing i didn’t like. Everyone was friendly and helpful. The room was large and comfortable and the bed was soft. Would definitely stay again.

First room i got the shower won’t drain, no phone working. And i appreciated that as a courtesy fromt desk gave ua a better room but it was mold on the bathroom.

We arrived when it was already dark outside. We got our room key, were told where to park and given a map to gain access to the outside stairway after we parked. The parking lot was well lit and secure!!

Everything met expectations and matched the descriptions and photos. However, there were areas that could be improved; for instance, the elevator seemed outdated and felt unsafe. Overall, it was a pleasant hotel experience.

Overall my stay was good. The lady that checked me in was amazing. The whole property was in very good condition and cleanliness was good. The only bad thing I encountered was a big roach roaming around in my room. I called the front desk to let them know and they were quick to relocate me to a different room, which I liked. The second room was impressive looking and immaculately clean. I enjoyed the rest of my stay.
