Great stay

This is my second visit to this hotel, as after last time, I was happy to stay here again. The service from all the staff is excellent, the rooms are really good, the hotel itself is kept in very good condition. Should I come back for a third visit, I'll be staying here again. I can't give a better recommendation than that.

Very nice and neat. Great amenities. Rooms are clean and comfy. Walking distance to sesame place. Close to restaurants and Target. I will highly recommend sheraton especially if you have kids

Hotel was booked and fully paid for through Expedia, at arrival they took my credit card to put a hold on - usual stuff. The next day, coming back to the hotel we discovered that our keys didn't work anymore. My toddler was starving and I had not way get in. When I called down from the 10th floor lobby, Skye at the front desk said that they purposely "locked [us] out" because they didn't have a card on file. When I told her that it didn't make any sense, she kept repeating that it's just policy. At this point, I just complied and went back downstairs and waited in line. Skye at the front desk just kept repeating it is their policy to lock people out when they don't have a credit card on file. I asked about alternatives, like leaving a note or a phone call about and her response was like cassette on replay, “that's just our policy that's just our policy”. She admitted it was a mistake by the check in clerk the night before. I handed her my credit card and then she pulled up our room and found that my credit card was already on file and that they shouldn't have locked us out in the first place! She then handed me 2 business cards of 2 different managers to complain to. No one accepting any responsibility for this whatsoever.

Out of town family who drove 3 hours to get to the hotel , the room had damages from previous guest

Old dirty. Indoor pool area had so much water. I saw people falling because they didn’t have any staff clean the water

Absolutely perfect stay.

The staff were very friendly and courteous. The rooms were clean and comfortable.

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel and the amenities they offered! We tried the hot tub, which was incredible! The room was nice and clean but we did notice over night that the room had a musty smell coming from the AC. Outside of that, we had no complaints.

The staff we met were very courteous and welcoming, especially Skye. We spent 2 nights. I would definitely book again.

Shower head broken and tub did not allow to give baby a bath. Also no hot water just warm. But room AC was strong and bed was very comfy. Staff were extra nice. We stay because it’s clean and close to Sesme but bathrooms showing some wear.

When we returned after being out all day on the first day, we realized no one cleaned our room. All of the used towels were in the tub where we left them. The trash was not taken out, the beds were not made. I called down to at least get some towels. The desk said they would send some up. We had to call back 40 minutes later because no one had come up. It was 10:00 pm before anyone came. Also, the shower gel ran out. We were only there one day. Not a good experience.

We were not able to check in due to a worldwide network shutdown of flights and airports This hotel refused to give us our money back which unethical and wrong there were thousands of people stranded and unable to reach their destinations

It's a very clean and nice hotel

This hotel is a very functional place. All of the facilities seemed adequate to the price point. The bed was very comfortable with crisp, clean sheets, the hot water was plentiful and the aircon worked. However, it did feel a little dated with a dark decor. Very low ceiling in my room and not that this is a big thing, but the bathroom door barely cleared the toilet. For the size of the room, the bathroom was small.

We stayed one night with 2 kids to go to Sesame Place and It was literally across the street. This hotel was very convenient if you want to walk to Sesame Place. The room was basic. It had a small fridge and a microwave. The facility was clean. The check-in and out was fast. The parking lot is big and they have a bar and mini market in the lobby.
