Good location, close to Highway.

Poor cleanliness.

The breakfast was fine and the room size was great.

The lining under the bed was hanging down, which was visible. Housekeeping did not make the beds however they changed the towels and took out the garbage. The door stopper in the bathroom fell off. There was 1 remote for 2 TVs. The pull down blinds had tiny holes in it on the left side. These were unacceptable. The popcorn ceiling was unfinished.

It was perfect right near all the places we were going to.

The beds were rock hard not very comfortable the room needed some repair cosmetically but overall it was still a nice place to stay.

Obviously the breakfast was great, one day was cheese omelet and turkey sausage and pork sausage. The next day was scrambled eggs and sausage. The third day was biscuit and gravy. The place was decently clean as you entered. The location to the park was great but It does state you can walk to the park from the location, but I never seen a path and it would be too dangerous to walk on the busy road to the next "block" where the SS park is.

The room we reserved three months in advance was given away to another customer because it was claimed all their rooms that matched what I expected to get as we arrived was no longer available. So we had to settle for rooms (we reserved 2 rooms) that we originally didn't reserve and were less then we originally wanted (we had a large party) We found a needle by the trash receptacle outside in the parking lot. The air conditioner in the room leaked and the floor by the bed was soaking wet, the room reeked of mildew and it seems as if we were sick the whole time we were in the room. We were better as soon as we left the room to go to dinner or to other events but as soon as we went back in the room we were all sick as hell. The bathroom had mold on the ceiling. The beds had springs in them that dug in your sides.

Breakfast fine. Easy to get to the elevator though the front door is at the back of the building. Bed, A/C was fine. TV a bit flaky as many stations did not work - no big deal. Fridge worked, didn't try the microwave.

Major complaint is odd - I've had hotel rooms where the water saving toilet does not have enough water in the bowl. In this room the water level was too high. No more needs to be said.

Only was able to get a few tv stations

AC/ Fan was not working at all. I called the front desk but no luck. Will never go again and front desk guy was so rude.

Great proximity to the highway, staff was wonderful

bathroom not clean, some black mold in the shower, and the door to the hotel room would not lock. we had to keep the security latch on all night.

The hotel was nice. I love that they use Dove body wash and lotions

I felt like the $100 hold was excessive for incidentals. What incidentals? $25 to $50 I could see. But this was not a luxury hotel at all. Incidentals should be disclosed during booking.
