Love this hotel. My 4th stay. Lovely big rooms. Big shower. Great breakfast. Highly recommend it!

First time in Germany Great location to Christmas Markets.

I would not recommend staying in this area of Frankfurt unless you have to. There are no restaurants, no pharmacies, no supermarkets. In fact, if it were for the fact that I wanted to stay near the clinic treating my father’s prostate, I would not have stayed here. The hotel is a 3* at best. It is clean and functional. The staff are helpful. But it has absolutely no facilities. The food in the restaurant in the hotel was mediocre without much by way of selection. So not look for a culinary experience here. The approach to feeding is functional, in terms of filling an empty belly. The best of what you can get is at the breakfast buffet. Eat breakfast well. That is probably the best selection you’ll have available in the Offenbach area…unless you consider a McDonald restaurant an acceptable culinary experience. But the McD is the only restaurant within a 20 minute drive of the area. If, like me, you absolutely need to be in the Offenbach area, the Delta Hotel is the best proposition there is.

Unless you really need to be in Offenbach, it’s not a nice area in Frankfurt. There are no dining options other than the restaurants at the Delta and Leonardo Hotels and the McDonalds drive thru restaurant. But if you need to stay in this area, as we did to attend a clinic for treatment, the Delta Hotel will get the job done. It’s a bare bones 3* hotel. Forget fine dining. It’s a functional clean place to stay. I would not call it an experience that’s in any way memorable. But that’s all that is available in Offenbach.

Nice hotel but not close to much. Very clean. Fridges in the hotel no longer working. Surrounding area a bit run down.

Here in business. Hotel did not offer lunch any day of the week and had no dinner service on sundays . But everything else was wonderful

This is a no frills business hotel. It's good value for money. Its offers spacious rooms that are clean, though some of the furniture looked quite worn down. All in all and based on the pricing, it's an ok place to stay.

We had an amazing stay at this property. At the check in, Christopher and his colleague were extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. Thank you. Also, the rooms were good size and clean. Overall enjoyed our stay.

Beautiful hotel. Incredible view of the Rhine River. Easy access to the bustling town square.

Room was clean but there were stains on the nightstand. Not sure if it was cleaned properly.

The property had a wonderful view of the city and was easily accessible. I was disappointed the onsite restaurant was closed as this was one of the main reasons I chose this hotel. After a long day of sightseeing we were looking forward to getting back to the hotel and grabbing a bite to eat, however, we ended up eating McDonalds since the restaurant was closed for 2 nights in a row. We also experienced a false fire alarm in the middle of the night without great communication about what was going on. Overall a good place to stay.

This hotel was clean, rooms were spacious and accessibility to public transportation was relatively easy. It took us only 20 minutes to get to the downtown each way.

Having bikes available was really handy.

Although outside of any walking distance venues the hotel is a fantastic place to stay if you have a car Stuff is so helpful and pleasant breakfast is delicious and generous Room is outstanding for its side and species

Very new and clean room. Only issue was that the water from the shower wet room went into the toilet area and stayed wet for the entire duration.

Staff was pleasant; hotel is very nice. I like that the window in the room opens allowing fresh air. The bathroom set up doesn’t lend itself to privacy as it is open to the room. The pillows are not comfortable and I spent the week with a sore neck. Due to Covid there is no room service but you can order dinner from a limited menu and pick it up on floor 1. We purchased our room including breakfast; due to Covid the instructions stated they would call your room to tell you when to come retrieve it. We had requested a 7 am breakfast due to business schedule. Several days they did not call so we paid for breakfast but didn’t get it. After 3 times we mentioned this to staff and they advised that if we didn’t get a call to just go down so the instructions for Covid weren’t accurate. Also due to Covid they advised that we could only get housekeeping once during our 9 day stay.

Room is very spacious. Breakfast is good. Parking is not that expensive in comparison to other hotels and it is connected to the hotel.
