Great location for shopping. Reasonably priced hotel.

It did need updating. Hallways and elevator were lacking in appearance. The Mexican restaurant within walking distance was great.

This hotel is a good value. Staff was friendly and attentive. Unfortunately the hot tub was cold and housekeeping did not clean the floor.

It was a nice place to stay. Walked to Ledge concert venue. Went swimming, pool was nice. The hot tub was not very hot and jets were not working properly. That was the only disappointing part. Breakfast was decent.

First time we stayed at this property and it was nice.

When we got to the property, the room that we first got had Pee all around the toilet in the bathroom was nasty. The back of the beds had handprints on them like kids or sweaty people have been touching the back of the bed. The chair had a handprint of food going down, the garbage can had stuff in them. Went to the front and the guy switched my room we got in that room. It was a little bit better, but not much the bathroom still smell like pee. The garbage cans still were dirty when I say that I mean without the bag, they had nasty stuff in them. they sent somebody up, which I think was the wife of the owner to clean the bathroom. She cleaned around the toilet and around the floor, but the bathroom still smelled like pee the whole time. The husband came up with her when she cleaned it and asked me was it OK now when she was finished I would think with cleaning up it would’ve been OK, but it still had a very strong smell of pee like they did not fully clean the bathroom at all. For the price that you pay for this hotel it’s definitely not worth it. I would’ve paid a couple more dollars if I would’ve known this!! The pool was OK. The hot tub jets did not work. The staff was very friendly. I think it’s a family owned business. I just feel like they should not be a franchise name with the way they don’t Have a cleaning service it’s doing it themselves. Vary unsanitary place!!! Wish I would have known!!

Very nice people

Wish the breakfast hour was longer. 6 ot 9 is early. Needs don not disturb signs for door.

First impression was a bit dated, the elevator carpet was disgusting and someone lost a long fingernail and it was on the floor. The breakfast had no fruit or healthy options. My shower gel container had nothing In it the tv had very few channels to choose from. But the bed was very comfortable but I was travelling by myself this time and the price was fair,

No TV, system was down. Not the hotel’s fault, but it sure made the night boring.

Reserved multiple rooms. Two of them had vape cartridges left in them and one has bottle tops along bed so clearly rooms were not cleaned. Rooms also smelled musty. Front desk was friendly regarding issue. we opted not to stay.

Decent place to stay and nice amenities

Staff needed more professional attitude. Frequently staff were seen talking behind front desk and not in english. Not paying attention to customers. And it's rude of the staff to talk in a non english language when manning the desk.

Not very sound proof, you could hear everything inside the hotel and outside. Pillows were very small and not comfortable

Clean, comfortable beds, showering was outstanding with enough water pressure. Plenty options for breakfast.

This room was clean and the bed was comfortable. The continental breakfast had ample options and a pleasant dining area.

Bedding was fresh and clean. Towels were very soft and fluffy. Room was not ready at 5pm for check in but wasn't long. I asked for a first floor room since I had a pet but had to take a second floor room. They forgot to clean parts of our room (wind sill and shower) There was a used wash cloth in the shower and sticky pop or drink rings on the window sill.

Disappointed the pool did not have steps for a mobility challenged person to get in and out of.

I traveled to St. Cloud every six months for an eye check up. This is a wonderful location as my eye doctor moved within walking distance of the hotel. They are also pet friendly at a reasonable price and everything was very clean and the staff was very friendly. Will book this property for all my visits.

Perfect for our stay

The bed and pillows were so comfortable! Had a great sleep.

Cozy and comfortable rooms. Even the pullout bed was comfortable than some hotel beds that I have slept on

Breakfast was terrible was out of everything right down to the juice did have coffee wasn’t wiped down was very disappointing said something front desk guy wasn’t willing to help him get caught up wouldn’t stay again

We had a great stay here! Our beds were comfortable, which is a big bonus in my opinion! You never know what they’ll be like, but these were perfect! The room was clean and neat. The entire hotel was very clean and quiet. The staff were friendly, they made a warm and welcoming atmosphere. You could tell they really wanted to do well and to succeed. There were some improvements being made while we were there like new paint in the hallways. I appreciated seeing this kind of work being done to continue to keep the property nice. Also, it may be a small, silly thing, but we were happy we could log into Netflix that evening! The night before we stayed in Brainerd, at a much more well known hotel, double the price…beds were horrible, not as clean, and evening TV had poor options! Overall I was just very impressed with our stay at this AmericInn. We will definitely stay here again.
