The stay was alright for comfort, beds were nice and nicely made. The room was clean as well. They had to ask for my card 3 times because it didn’t save, then they called my room to ask for the numbers over the room phone, then they called again because they were missing a number. They gave me a free night of parking because they didn’t attach parking to my room key so I was sitting at the gate to the parking garage and couldn’t get out. Couldn’t find carts at check in or out so my daughter and I had to carry all our stuff to and from the car.

I can't express how comfortable the bed was and pillows. One of the nicest views looking across downtown .

Just fine for a couple night stay. Great location; great small menu at bar, and excellent bartender! However: the building is obv dated. Water in my room (1918) took an hour to drain from the tub, and cold water in sink was just a trickle. I have to assume this is known.

Unsafe, rooms are not in good condition, poor maintenance. Unsafe for children. Paint on the Walls, where we were staying was chipping and cracking. water in the bathroom tub doesn’t drain, refrigerator doesn’t work. We had to chang in to another room but there’s no water pressure in the shower is low on the other room No clean towels. We requested for non- smoking but the room we were given smelled cigarette.Bedsheets have stains. Overall poor maintenance plumbing issues and unfriendly management.

This hotel was tired and worn. Nothing in our room was cleaned other then bedsheets changed and towels replaced. The telephone had dust on that looked like it had not been cleaned in months. No USB ports anywhere. The television was old with no streaming capabilities. Hallway tables were dusty and garbage never removed. One food bag sat there for 3 days!!! It was difficult to get out of parking because room key was not working. Had to go back into desk to get bar code to open gate. Room service options were not good. Very disappointed in this stay! Nothing good. Front desk staff was great upon arrival but did not answer the phones when calling for information. Ice machines were often not working or empty.

This is a conference center so immediate area is businesses relating to industry.
Was surprised that there were no USB ports in the room for charging devices. The Market did not have any cubes or cords for sale, which would be super helpful.
Staff excellent, restaurant and bar area also very good.

I have been a customer of this hotel for almost 20 years and recently deteriorated fast. Yod do not have even bottled water in the room on day one and I asked for it I was told to get it from vending machine, you have the option of charging us but having a coffee machine with coffee asking as to go to vending machine to get water unheard of ina 4th star hotel

Plan to be charged for everything this hotel does not come with parking, breakfast which is 25$ a person and pet fees. One of the worst nicer hotels iv been too you would think a HILTON would come with atleast free breakfast and parking

What I don’t like is there was no brush and toothpaste in the bathroom and when I asked for it they said “you need to come and get it from the front desk”

Upon arrival great customer service we were late checking in but Receptionist (the only good one) did excellent job
We were unable to see same customer service agent again and service went down
The next night shift customer service was bad and also morning after we wanted to Extend. A night …unfortunately we got very cold indifference face (specially one who checked us out)

Checked in, went to our room to see one of the beds damaged as we laid out bags out to unpack, told us to wait for someone to come fix the problem or move to another room, after moving to a second room I noticed how dirty it was, bathroom vents really dusty, bathtub grout not scrubbed off, and my daughter found some small sized random toys that were left behind the edge of the bed, obviously indicating the room wasn’t properly cleaned, they always have the pool closed down too and that’s the main reason we booked there!

I didn’t remember to get her name, but the lady at the desk who works night shift (leaves at 7am) was the most pleasant person to talk to and she was very helpful. Give her a raise!! We need more people like her in this world

Everything! I was only going to stay Wednesday through Friday but the Hilton Alexandria made it easy for me to stay the extra 2 nights needed to enjoy DC with my work friends. Concierge accommodated my request nicely and the attendants at the marketplace were kind, attentive and make the best cortados! I'm happy to see that the Hilton offers room housekeeping including towel replacement when I really did not need them to be replaced. The restaurant breakfast was outstanding and staff so courteous and attentive. I look forward to the return visit to DC and I will not spend too much time deciding on where I will be lodging. Thank you so much and please thank all who helped make my stay a ☺️ delightful one!

I contacted Orbitz when I booked my reservation, letting them know that I selected four Travelers to stay within my unit after talking to the Orbitz representative. They said that they could not change it even though when booking my last trip with Orbitz, they could revise the occupants in my unit when I was standing at Temptations Punta Cana. Due to this and being a Diamond member at Hilton, I could not get my dining credit for each of my guests while staying at this location. I only received one credit for myself since My original itinerary did not include the additional Travelers. The Orbitz representative told me that the Front Desk said they would add them when I arrived, which was incorrect. They added them but did not modify the original reservation, so I did not receive the additional dining credits for the other guest in my room.

The property did not have enough rooms to accommodate my booking. The manager Mario Soriano told me “I need to take that up with the people i booked through” how rude was that? The rooms were cleaned to the bare minimum. It was overall and unpleasant stay.

PArking in the garage was terrible. Signs placed that the garage was full when there were many empty spots and the gate would remain closed despite serveral attempts to open it.
