Microwave in the lobby was dirty both days I heated up water. I had told the desk clerk but apparently he didn't clean it.

The hotel staff was amazing. Very friendly and helpful. I had an issue with my reservation and Tyrah the front desk supervisor stepped in and helped correct the issue immediately. The hotel is very clean and orderly. The bed I slept on was the most comfortable sleep I have had in a while. I give this hotel an over 10/10 would highly recommend and will stay here if ever in the area again.

I went to the bar to have a couple drinks and dinner. I ordered a double vodka and sprite with house vodka. They were $24 each. A little ridiculous in my book. This isn’t a high end steak house or anything like that. Just make sure you ask about the price.

I've stayed here a few times because I have family in the Dublin/Powell area. Definitely recommend it! The staff is very friendly and helpful, rooms clean and comfortable. Love the Crabtree and Evelyn toiletries. I also like the proximity to village of Dublin and have jogged there from the hotel several times in the morning. No complaints at all during my August visit!

One of the best Places I have ever booked a stay at!! Very Clean, most comfortable!! The Lobby itself is Amazing!! Easy access to rooms!! Breakfast Buffet,was totally delicious, and enjoyed a couple drinks at the Bar in the evening!! All the Staff were totally Awesome and ready to Greet you with a smile and a little Conversation!!

The room was designed well! Outlets where you would need them. A mirror outside of the bathroom with a magnifying mirror. I like the mini sofa/chair combo with small table. Very well thought out!

It was real pleasant to see at first. Very nice lobby. I reserved a king size bed room just for them to give me two queen beds and say there are no more king size bedrooms. It was also an adjoining room and we heard the next door neighbor very well. There is also black mold forming in the bedroom.

We stayed three nights for a trip to the zoo. Staff was nice and helpful. Rooms were very clean. Upon check in we were given warm cookies for each person staying. The bar and restaurant located in the hotel had good options and great service.

I didn’t realize that we would have to pay for breakfast ($11.99 for continental!). Also; both mornings I went down for coffee (at 7:00 AM- not unreasonable) there was none. If I’m paying that amount of money to stay in a hotel, I’d like there to be coffee when I go down.

We really enjoyed this Hotel. The area was beautiful and conveniently located near shopping. The rooms were very clean and the front desk staff were all pleasant. I was especially pleased with the bartender, Renee. She was so kind, friendly and personable .

The TV kept losing the signal. Reported it twice. Housekeeper insisted on cleaning the room at 9am Asked her to come back on 10 minutes as we were getting ready to leave, did not understand us and came in anyways to empty garbage and pick up towels.

Housekeeping doesn’t speak English so please make sure to keep your door safe and locked with the extra tool at the top of the door because someone walked in on us when we were sleeping. Other than that our experience was pretty good! Scott was a little rude when I called down just to check if there was a reason why they would come in our room before check out time… but the other staff members were nice!
