The room was hard to manage the temperature. The breakfast was not good. There was no sausage or bacon. The eggs were spongy and full of water. No fresh fruit.

We found roaches in the room. We didn’t stay, and ended up going to a different hotel. Still waiting for Hotels.com to refund us our money.

Room was in terrible shape. No sink drain stopper in bathroom, pole lamp broken and didn't work, 110 V plugs in desk lamps didn't work, coffee maker missing the small tray, device to hold from drapes in place was broken, front door handle and latch barely worked. This room should never have been rented out. Manager said I should have checked all these thiings beor e I unpacked. Ades the guest need to check all plug sockets, for example? A very run-down place. Not worth even the low cost.

Good:
Breakfast was excellent! Had a problem connecting to the wifi with my firestick. Staff was very helpful.
Bad:
Hair dryer was a fire and electrocution hazard. The plug housing was split in half exposing the internal wiring. I informed staff but it was not replaced during my stay.

The location was being devoured by lantern bugs and the shubs are half dead. The road noise was pretty loud but the rooms were pretty clean and the beds were comfortable.

I reserved the suite that wasn’t ready by 3:00pm check-in time and was told it would be available 20 minutes later. The bathtub in the sofa room desperately needs to be reglazed or replaced, and WAS NOT cleaned/scrubbed thoroughly, just quickly wiped with a wet rag!!!

Before entering our room the room next door reeked of marijuana as we walked past, and still smelled the same the following morning. Our room had dirty bedding, staining in ceilings from water damage, dirty shower light, dirty floor with pee stains, empty containers of complimentary bathroom items, broken shower handles, ripped curtains, ripped shower liners, ripped bathtub, breakfast did not have decaf coffee, had to ask for biscuits to go with the provided gravy, hair on breakfast food counter, hair found in my plate, dirt came out of apple juice dispenser into my cup, need I say more??

The room smelled terrible, the noise from the vehicles on the road outside was so loud that we might as well have slept in the street, and the floor was so nasty we were afraid to walk in the room without wearing our shoes.

The room was very outdated. Old wallpaper had staining and the toilet did not work. We had to put our hand in the tank to pull up the plug in order for it to flush.

Outdated and stained top to bottom. It was fine for a night just to sleep, but I never wanted to be in the room otherwise. It smelled like cigarettes and urine, there were holes in the chairs, and stains on the floors and walls. Most of the staff were decent, but there were a few that were rude and acted as if we were an inconvenience for staying whenever we asked a question. We had to get a new key card several times because ours stopped working and the pool was closed due to "unavoidable circumstances" even thought it's advertised online.

Booked this hotel because of the seasonal pool amenity. When I got there I was advised that the pool was closed due to a leak in the pump. Had I known that prior to booking, I would not have booked this hotel.

The staff left my room as vacant and after 3 times of strangers attempting to get into my room, the last one at 1:10am the finally corrected it. 24 hours later and 4 attempted phone calls, no manager has returned my calls.

Door to bathroom was broken, one of the beds was bad with a huge hole in the middle. I think the box springs was broken. The staff was nice and tried to help with the bathroom door.

The room was made up fine, but in desperate need of an overhaul (renovation and updates). There were screws coming out of the board attached to the wall where a headboard would typically go. The screws pointed out away from the wall which is a liability and had to sleep in a way to make sure my head wasn't near them. TV very outdated, several lamps wouldn't turn on, wallpaper coming undone, tried not to walk barefoot on the carpet, exterior very rundown as well.

I don’t often write reviews but this place was so gross it would be comical if I didn’t have to sleep there. The smell was atrocious, like someone sprayed canned armpit sweat on every surface. I tried to air out the room to no avail. How could it be this bad? Hair on the dirty toilet, stains on the phone, sticky remote. The condition was shameful.

Room smelled musty. AC didn’t work well. Some lights didn’t work. There was a hanger on the lamp which was weird and tells me it’s been awhile since the room was properly cleaned/serviced. Breakfast was awful.

Did not have a remote for the tv or a phone in first room. Moved me to other room. Had remote and phone, but the plug in to wall line had just wire hookups coming out the end. Could not snap in. Check out, couldnt find me! Left with no reciept or any paperwork at all. Room past inspection, so i hope no deposit charged! I dont know! Have nothing! Oh, the big window curtain had a big hole in it and smaller ones scattered. Could not open! Glad all I needed was a roof and bed. Low class hotel. No more Wyndham.
