Very conveniently located in Gatwick. A long walk to find it but it was worth staying in this hotel because we had a morning flight next day, so it was either 2 hours in train back and forth from London or 2 hours of sleep. Dinner had very limited options but the salad was delicious. Breakfast was not included so we grabbed something at the airport.

Check in excellent à part from cpnstantly having to provide e-mail détails. Having stayed art hôtel numerous times surely the computer should be able to store détails. Breakfast items could havé been warmer. Other than that everything as excellent.

I came to London from Barcelona for a business dinner. It made sense to stay near the airport for an early morning flight back the next day. Its an older hotel, not much to look at, but my room was comfortable and it was incredibly convenient for both the trip downtown for dinner and back, and to get to my flight in the morning.

Room was fine aoart from the bed. Which was clearly past its sell by date. The mattrass was collapsed on both side with a high point in the middle so was like clinging to a mountainside at times and needed replacing

Dull, what a dull hotel. It’s only redeeming feature is that’s it’s literally next to the airport. The app is terrible. Room service is non existent. You can’t order food or drink unless it’s through the app or tv. The tv is so dull you can hardly see a picture. This was such a disappointment. Oh… and the eco shower is pointless as you use the same amount of water as a conventional shower, but you take twice as long due to its sill water restriction. Stay here for convenience, and don’t expect much more.

Overnight stay ahead of daughter going overseas for a year. Staff incredibly helpful went beyond duty to help us with a broken case lock. Room was clean, comfortable and beds had feather pillows! Major plus from me

Very good restaurant with friendly efficient staff and great food.
The hotel is spotlessly clean and the rooms very comfortable, the only criticism would be the heavy doors; could do with a soft close mechanism to avoid slamming and waking people up.
the 24 hour gym is great, I used this at 3am when no one else was awake and felt like I had the entire hotel to myself.

I had requested a room with a bathtub as per what each room has and there was no bathtub. I had already unpacked by time I discovered this and as was a one night stay I didn’t lion to change but just disappointed.

Room was adequate but nothing special. Bed was comfortable and we had a reasonable night's sleep. Shower attachment needed attention, it was only attached at the top! Early checkout so couldn't report

Hairs in the shower. Rubbish on the floor. Noisy air con unit that we struggled to get to sleep. Tired, drab room with uncomfortable bed. Would not stay here again. What a waste of £140.

I chose this hotel as its connected to the terminal which makes an early check-in very quick and easy. The hotel has been renovated since i last stayed and is much nice, comfortable, specious room and a very nice bathroom. The service in the bars and restaurant was excellent and good food and drink at reasonable prices. Excellent relaxing stay.
