Not recommended! The hotel is very dated and the rooms are cramped, too small to accommodate two people or more. Very different from the pictures online and the description. It was also very overpriced for what you got. Lastly, the breakfast buffet that we paid for each day was overcrowded and couldn’t get in. You have to arrive very early and line up. When we asked the staff for a refund since we couldn’t go each day, we were refused. Staff was quite unfriendly and very inflexible to deal with any of our requests. I will certainly not be staying here next time on my trip to Sapporo and ANA (to which I’m a mileage member) should be ashamed to have their name associated with this hotel.

This hotel is the cleanest I have stayed in. Very classy and quiet. Could not hear a thing at night.

Poor air conditioners! Temperature was adjusted to the lowest in strongest wind strength but still not cool.

The buffet breakfast was great, location from CTS airport only 1 minute from bus stop. The room is comfy and comparatively is large in Japan.

Great hotel! It is bit old and half the lights in my room and hallway were burnt out for some reason. It’s nice and close to a lot of the cool spots in Sapporo though. Also I wish I paid in advance, the quoted price vs what I paid at the property were quite different.

Second time at ANA Crowne Plaza, overall satisfied with the service and stay, with the only exception of air-conditioning. Same issue as the previous stay, not being able to control and lower the temperature, locked at around 25 degree, which is relatively warm (to me).
