Lovely stay with great location, easy access to Orchard and the MRT!

Location near Orchard road, convenient. Room is clean and big. Value for Money. Only thing is to improve check-in efficiency to reduce waiting times.

Amazing stay at royal plaza, it’s a shame we only stayed 2 nights but would definitely stay longer next time

Perfect location

The room was nice, clean and felt modern. The bathroom was spacious and I had enough room for my toiletries on the counter space. There was a bit of a mildew smell in the room most likely due to the high humidity of the country. The AC worked great. The shower had strong pressure and had options between the rainfall shower head or handheld shower head. There was a drain underneath the sink that was a bit loud when the water drains. I also noticed that the shower drain smelled a bit but was not noticeable when showering. The bathtub was a good size but it took too long to fill up as the water came out too slowly. There was complimentary water bottles in the room, enough to drink but also make coffee with. There was tea, instant coffee and an electric tea kettle for use. The mini fridge also had complimentary apple and orange juice. The bed was firm but felt very comfortable. There were 4 pillows on the king bed which was great! the pillows were very comfortable. I stayed in a premier room which gave access to the business center on the top floor. It was a great space to work and enjoy some coffee and snacks.

Great hotel

The location is lovely, near all the malls in orchard. Walking distance from MRT and the large malls. You can leave your bags before check in. Bath tub is great.

It’s very convenient with lots of restaurants nearby. The rooms are clean, pleasant, sizable, and comfortable.

Staff make an establishment. Everything else can be "excellent" (as it is) but top notch staff make ALL the difference, and colour the response of other elements to a fine stay. RP on Scott's have this in Spades. Thank you for everything!

I always stay at the Royal Plaza when I travel to Singapore. It’s basically in the center of the city.

Love my stay there with my family. Rooms were spacious & most importantly clean. Easy check in & check out. Convenient parking. Buffet breakfast was wide spread and tasty.

Hotel food is Halal. You can also purchase Halal food at vending machine near the entrance of the hotel.

Services as provided throughout the hotel staff are all very friendly and polite.

Having stayed at this property on4 orher occasions beforw Covid. This time I found that the service level and the benifits offetedto guests has been removed. The room price has drnaticallti creased, coffee pid machines has been removed. The room fridge has been filled with small containers of Apple Juice and other drinks. The service levels of the consiserges has dramatically reduced compared to previous amazing staff. This was once a great hotel with great staff. I wont stay stay at the Royal Plaza on Scott again.

The entrance light inside the room was not working. I didn't bother to complain because its only 1 night stay. Also I thought when I choose deluxe plus, I am getting better view compare with the standard one Apparently my room view was facing the next building with no view at all

The property location is the biggest attraction. The room sizes for this location are adequately big. The hotel however is old and you can see some wear and tear. The reception is a bit understaffed and manages housekeeping so is a bit delayed.

Convenient and value for money

Room and bathroom were clean, cleaning was regular, the main window could not be closed properly as the lock was broken, the stool in the bedroom was faulty, it had been like that for some time, no Bar in the hotel, a bit disappointing considering the price.
