Not fancy, but nice and clean. Exactly what we needed.

Overall the experience with our stay was good. A lot of outside and above noise which was ok but the fighting and loudness of people in the parking lot was hard to sleep! Not sure if that was just bad luck or is that’s normal for people that stay there! We didn’t eat breakfast because it was over by 9am I choice to sleep in after concert the night before!

I travel quite a bit, and spend many nights in less expensive hotels. They urban boutique hotel is by far the best I stayed in. I am normally concerned about three areas:
First, cleanliness, this hotel gets 10 stars. Second, Internet connection, once again 10 stars, very fast Internet connection.
Third, breakfast. The breakfast at this hotel was as good if not better than many restaurant breakfast. If I am in the Greenville area, I will drive extra miles to stay here again.

I didn’t get to come because of Hurricane Helene. Ive tried calling the hotel but the line isn’t working. I’ve left 2 messages but no response. I would like a refund or at another at a later date. Please help me!!

The staff was closing the breakfast 30 min before breakfast was done. I felt like the lady was watching me to finish. I didn't like that. Also why couldn't you bring back your food to room. I am paying for a service, I should be able to do what I want. Also some people didn't speak English at all, so that was frustrating. The showers and bathrooms were cracked, floors torn up. They need to renovate that place a little.

Room didn’t have microwave even though it was advertised. There were some very shady characters staying at the hotel that made me extremely uncomfortable. The room smelled of bleach and was not pleasant.

Quiet, remodeled and comfortable. Everything is nice and all the employees are so nice. Only complaint is breakfast is the same everyday and some days it was cold like the pans were not heated. Other than that I love this place. I stayed a week and will definitely stay again if I ever need to

The word urban boutique is misleading. I would say very basic with a flimsy mattress and dorm like furniture. Greenville has so many fun restaurants and this is out of the way if you want walk around the downtown area without getting into your car.

This older motel has been nicely upgraded and the breakfast is worthwhile, but it is clearly for a younger guest.
The beds are very low, and while there is a comfortable desk chair, the lounge chair is both very small and very uncomfortable.
The bathroom has no safety bars either near the toilet or in the shower. The water pressure in the sink was terrible. Although we did not use it, the shower pressure was better. There was no vent fan.
Perhaps these things are not as important to younger guests.

For a motel, this was a great place. Being a little noisy outside is the only thing i would ding it on, but not that bad. The price for something so close to downtown definitely made it worth it. Basic, simple and clean. The staff were very friendly.

Overall, it was a pleasant stay. The worker when I checked in was polite and gave me a room key while my mother completed the process so i could use the restroom since one was not available in the lobby. The room was simple, clean, and modernized. The beds were on the too soft side, but I still enjoyed an unterrupted rest! The water pressure was on the lower side, but the stand-in shower was spacious and both it and the sink got hot. The breakfast included three types of cereal, coffee, milk, oranges, waffles, sausage links, juice, biscuits, powdered eggs, and a few more options. You're not supposed to take food to your room, but the outside seating area was nice, even for a rainy day. Check-out was fast with no fuss.

Sometimes, you just need a comfortable place to stay and the UBH Hotel provides this. Noise level was possibly the only issue because this is a road / parking lot facing facility, so outside noise can be an issue. However, the staff and accommodations were perfect for what I needed.

Ok for one night with a pet. Bed was comfy memory foam. I thought from the photos there was a wooded area to walk a dog, but it drops off and there's just a small area next to a convenience store. Breakfast was better than expected. The security deposit seems a bit excessive, but otherwise it suited our needs and was in an ok area.

Great property just right outside of town but only 10 mins away from the mall and tons of food options for dinner check in was easy and simple and great shower head pressure.

This property was perfect for our trip, needed good night's sleep, shower and close to downtown. Price was very good, pretty decent breakfast for a small facility. You can tell they take pride in their property. I would visit again.

We enjoyed being able to have a hotel that was affordable for our family that is safe and close to the facility we needed for my husband to train for his job at Clemson University Research Park.

Not sure tif it he owner/manager who checked us in (and I hope not!) but she was not very welcoming. It costs you nothing to say hello and smile. You have a job because of customers like us.
The lady in housekeeping however was wonderful!! Always a giant smile and a big hello! Promote that woman! She saved you from getting 2 stars from me.

The Urban Boutique Hotel is a very nice hotel. It was clean in all areas. It provides a nice hot breakfast. It is located less than five minutes from restaurants and a grocery store. Check in and out were quick and staff were polite and helpful. It's one of the best hotels I've stayed in at this price range.

This motel has been updated which is a huge plus. Furniture, bathroom, walls, all updated like new. The front desk gentleman was very polite and helpful. We didn't have time to check out the breakfast so I am not sure what was included. The ONLY thing that we didn't like and it's just our opinion is that the beds are memory foam but they are very soft...like you sink in the bed soft. That is my only complaint if you want to call it that...they are new mattresses. There is a bar/grill right across the street and two gas stations making it very convenient.

Sheets had a lot of marks visible under a black light and a nail clipping on the floor near the bed. The beds were hard to get out of because they were quite soft.

The location is good for a quick drive to downtown. You could walk it but it would probably take 30-40 minutes.

Our experience was good. The only complaint that we had is the mattress was too soft so I felt like I was sleeping in an hole. I understand some people may like this.
