The entrance from highway was difficult to find since construction was going on at the hotels parking lot. If we had known this we would have chosen different lodging. It was dirty, confusing and subpar. That said let consumer know conditions and decide

The room heater sounded like an airplane trying to take off every time it started. So very little sleep as it kept waking me up when I could get to sleep. The girl that checked us in was not friendly at all. Did report the heater at checkout.

Room was clean, bed was comfortable, food was decent, great price.

My room was not completely furnished. There were no waste baskets or luggage racks. There was no coffee maker in the room, and the selections at breakfast were very limited. Even though there wasn't any bad weather, the internet kept dropping out, making me reconnect. It was nearly impossible to get anything done.

Room was very nice. Desk clerk was exceptional. Shower was very cold.

Traveling thru on vacation thru the west. Excellent one night stay.

The bed was good and the room was clean. The major problem was there was no TV reception, even after I talk to the front desk three times. They kept telling me something to do and I would do it and it still wouldn’t work. I was so frustrated after the third time of trying to figure out how to operate it that I just gave up as a previous three did absolutely no good.

The room was clean. The bathroom was clean. The A/C unit was loud even on low fan setting. The phone was dead no connection. The TV cut out but was repaired about 90 min later. The parking lot out front was like craters of the moon. Breakfast was a mediocre selection of carbs no eggs or hot choices. Thawed waffles to heat up in toaster. The entrance on the East lot was not locked The card reader inoperable. Staff was friendly and sympathetic and had the maintenance man fix the TV service for all rooms.

Clerk did not inform us of any WiFi or breakfast times. Rooms have been updated but dirty, even my bath towel was dirty. Housekeeping knocked on our door before 8:30! Missed breakfast because we didn’t know the time. It ends at 9:30, ON A SATURDAY! And why in the hell is the cheap wall art still wrapped in shrink wrap! I could maybe see spending $50 per night here, then I’d have money left over for a tetanus shot! Likely the grossest place I’ve ever stayed.

My room was clean, smelled fresh, air conditioner worked great, bathroom fixtures all functioned properly. The free breakfast was simple but just what I needed to get back on the road. The staff was courteous. All in all, great value for the money. Highly recommended.

Breakfast was frozen. All packaged. No help at front desk so I couldn't get room reciept that I needed. Shower was unadjustable.

Not bad given the price. The staff could use more smiles and warmth when dealing with guests. There’s a strong odor that smells like gas inside the facility. Even stronger in the hallway.

The hotel was clean and it was quiet, the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast buffet was pretty unsatisfying. Lots of carbs and processed food

Everything was beautiful and very very clean, breakfast was okay. I was surprised there was not hot food and no cream cheese for my bagel. Only downside was there was a dog barking late at night.

The bed was excellent. Several outlets did not work. Didn’t have hot water in the shower. The parking lot needs lots of repair.

No coffee in room. 1 uncomfortable chair. TV and Internet didn't work right. Deadlock on door didn't line up to engage. Driveway coming in had big holes all over. We were wishing this was the wrong place that we had booked.

Not bad for the price

We won't be back.The sad thing is that you could tell it had once been a very nice place. There were some good things.. The young woman at check-in was very pleasant and helpful when we could not get the TV to work. The room was large and roomy. There were decent reading lights on both sides of the bed, which was very comfortable.The bathroom was clean and new looking. Unfortunately, the carpeting was dirty and stained though out the entire hotel. We certainly weren't going to go barefoot on it. There was very little hot water in the shower and even though the towels were clean they were all stained, ( probably from oil worker's hands ), but the stains had never been bleached out. Breakfast was very basic; cereal, yogurt, Jimmy Dean sausages on a stick and egg muffins. All very high carbs. Most people came in, took a look and left. ***The most disturbing thing was the pool building. They no longer have a pool but you could see in the pool building where there were mattresses floating in the pool's filthy black water. There was a hole in the roof where birds were roosting and their feathers and droppings were falling into the pool. We are sure the mold and bacteria in that place would have the EPA declare it a toxic health hazard and have it demolished. The fact that it was there, even if not used, was disturbing!!

The parking lot was a pothole hell. The hotel had a bad odor. The bathroom looked like it was falling apart. Mold in the shower, shower head was awful. The beds were rough. The tv remote wouldn't change the channel or volume. The employee was nice and professional though.

This is a very clean convenient and comfortable location. The staff was very friendly and the price was very reasonable. I would recommend this property!

Property is being renovated- rooms are updated , but the rest is not complete. Parking lot is full of pot holes.

This is a nice place with clean rooms, comfortable bed and outlets and lamps that work!! We definitely recommend it!!

The room was comfortable. The breakfast was nearly nonexistent. We went at 7:30 AM and the juice was empty, as was the fruit bowl and fruit cups. There was no milk for the oatmeal and they were out of hot water. An employee did come to replenish the hot water, the bagels and yoghurt. But nothing else was replenished. There was no butter or syrup for the toaster waffles. Either have the breakfast or don't claim to have one when nearly all things ran out sometime before 7:30 for a breakfast supposidly lasting until 9:30 AM

No hot water in the shower. Parking lot was hit by a bomb or something. Sheet on my bed didn’t fit. Extremely slow internet. Smells bad in the entire place. No treadmill in the gym.
