Way over priced for what you get! Bed was not comfortable, elevator not working all weekend (found out only when we arrived at check in) and the AC was not working in the complete building the first night. Disappointing for a Marriott! Will not go back next time we sleep in Albany (too pricy for what you get!)

Good value for money. The breakfast was quite nice. Rooms were spacious. It’s nice that the hotel is situated well back from the road. If you’re travelling through Albany and need a comfortable place to stay, this is property is a great choice.

Very nice staff, clean room, good location, and felt safe. The pool was a little small, but was nicely heated. The offered breakfasts were also very good and replenished well. Our only complaint was our room shower. The water kept coming out of the faucet once we set it to the shower head. Overall, would stay again and recommend to others.

Have stayed hear a few years in a row for a recurring event. It’s nicely located near the hotel and some restaurants. The staff is great, and the rooms are comfortable.

I want to thank Bre, the front desk attendant who made our stay extra enjoyable. She was very flexible with our ongoing travel needs and was the definition of hospitable. She went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The complimentary breakfast was excellent and I enjoyed the personal touches that we received when we entered the suite itself. 5 stars!

In town to attend friend 70th birthday party. Room was spacious and clean. Breakfast was good and always refreshed. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Location had many good restaurants nearby.

We were extremely disappointed to find when we arrived there was no shuttle service to and from the the airport, until 7am. Our flight was 5:45am. Which was why we pick that hotel for this specific service as we were heading to North Carolina the next morning. It added an enormous amount of stress on us scrambling to find service and where to park our vehicle while we were gone. We ended up just parking in the Airport parking which cost us an extra $112.00!!! So not happy one bit! We got robbed big time for a service we so desperately needed!!! It was not stated clearly about this in any of the info on your page. We would like a discount/refund for that shuttle service that we did not receive!! Absolutely terrible experience!!

Air conditioning was a problem. Filthy almost had a delay checking in though it was after three. The manager looked on the computer. Checked us in around 320 and we come to find out that the air-conditioning in the hotel was out signal. Trying to get their money back, and there was two young ladies in charge at that point over their heads, there was no manager in site during that time. One of the young ladies went to the roof rebooted it air conditioner came down. It wasn’t fabulous.
