Came in late, very nice young lady at the desk! Traveling, very tired, beds were very comfortable & we slept great! We left early & didn't use the shower, towels, etc. - though the bathroom was very clean. Couldn't find local TV stations, but there were plenty of others.
The breakfast at 4:30 am was great - fresh food, nice variety and a nice dining space.

Very attentive and helpful staff. We had an early morning flight so it was so nice to have a limited breakfast service starting at 4:30 am. The availability of the airport shuttle was also exceptional.

Very convenient location for a weary traveler. Just feet from the baggage claim area. Easy check in. Friendly staff. Clean rooms. Very quiet. Thick pane windows keep out the noise. Buffet style breakfast daily. Not much of other food nearby nor shopping. A car is required.

The complementary breakfast had great variety, including waffles. Parking is free. Have free charging station for the car.
Room is clean hot shower. Room is spacious. Bed is comfortable.
Check in and out were a breeze.

I actually did not like the property too much. It is outdated and needs a lot of remodeling. I stayed in room 102 and the bathroom was extremely small, the tub was unkept!!
I will probably not stay there again, unless the property gets a facelift!

Room handed over late. Not cleaned well. It was smelling bad. Airconditioner sound is vey loud. Hard to sleep. Requested them to change the room but no luck. This hotel is not recommended at all.

There was someone else's hair in the bathroom and the floor was sticky. You could hear traffic from the room on the first floor but it was convenient to walk directly to the airport in the morning.

when checking in - I was asked if I wanted daily room cleaning - i answer yes .... 3 days went by before room was cleaned .... I had to get the front desk to bring clean towels, face clothes and hand towels - and then the front desk indicated the towel were still being washed ..... the door scanner cover kept falling off - i finally got tired of trying to fix it that I just left it on the floor .... trash can filled up because housekeeping didnt come in .... beds not made ... carpet not vacuum .... my last night in rochester I switched hotels .... breakfast on saturday morning was very limited .... .... I was just frustrated that this FAIRFIELD hotel was no where near Mariott standards .... I asked the front desk to make sure the points were added to my Mariott Frequent Stay Plan and was told she could not do it .... However, on July 23 at a FAIRFIELD in Martinburg when I checked in at 2:30AM - that front desk clerk added my points to my account .... just different levels of job integrity ....

The people I encountered were terrific! Everyone was helpful, pleasant and made me feel valued. The hotel is starting to show some wear and tear compared to previous visits.

Broken TV, hair in shower, broken light in bathroom. Ants all over breakfast buffet. Staff refused to move my room. Excuse was the hotel was sold out. No response from email sent the General Manager.

The staff was really nice. Everyone in the front desk was helpful and kind. The location was right at the airport which was really convenient. The only downfall my wife and I didn’t like was that our room smelt like smoke. Eventually we got used to it and went nose blind. But the second you walk out and walk back in, the room smelt like someone smoked a whole pack of cigarettes in there. But anyways. Bed was king size and comfy. Back room was clean and decent. I didn’t pay much for my stay so I overly thought my experience was okay

They gave another party the keys to our room and they came into the room at 1:30 am , waking us up and claiming this was their room. So much for a peaceful nights sleep.
