I trust expedia but this place in bad

Ok for a nice, quick stop.

It was very relaxed but not very modern and could use some improvements in terms of room and accessible essentials.

The staff was amazing over here, but I felt that they could either renovate the motel or make some changes to make it look better

I felt extremely unsafe at your property. The windows were busted out of many of the rooms, there were people standing in doorways staring at us as we drove in. Some were smoking. There were women that may have been prostitutes walking about the property. It is obvious that many of the rooms are being used as residences rather than just a hotel room even though the windows of said rooms were broken out. They had blankets hanging in some of those windows. When I spoke to the lady at the front desk she told me that “we are just remodeling” and that the back lot rooms are all empty. I asked to use the bathroom but she said she didn’t have a key to it so we were unable to do so (not that I probably really wanted to thinking back). When I notified the desk clerk that I and my companion are disabled and can’t traverse stairs she told me that she didn’t have any rooms downstairs. The only rooms that have been renovated are upstairs and there is no elevator. I have never felt so blindsided and misled by an advert for something in my life. This place looks like it’s been shut down for years. The pictures make it look beautiful. False advertising doesn’t begin to touch what we experienced!

Clogged toilet and cockroaches in the rooms. Definitely not a place to take kids at all!!!

Great hotel in Merced for many decades. Best use for the conferences and workshops.

Nice staff, good stay

I wasn’t satisfied checked out same day use my key to open the door just to make sure it worked. Came back later that day to sleep about 9:30 PM and found water on the floor of room asked for a refund and they did not give it.

Its one of the most Unssafe places.. .. full of drug addicts & Gangsters People fighting screaming & attacking new guests ...People openly taking drugs .. .NO Guest cars not even a single vehicle was parked there.. Entire area os filled woth homless addicts I spent some time..there... then backed off and did NOT even-- check in !! IF I had parked my expensive jaguar out there... it woukd have been ONLY One out there and definitely broken in ... .. my friend cane in his BMW for a meeting and he felt the same he refused To get out of his car and strongly advised me to.NOT Stay there ...!! Hence i did Not check in.... I just went to some other place PROPERTY Is Nice Staff is Good But Its entrance and surrounding area and hotel parking is so UNSAFE ..that its almost impossible for Normal people to stay there

Breakfast a real let down.. Poorly presented and non appetising.

Nasty dirty looks nothing like the pictures like at all. Roaches melted mold things are killing falling apart that refrigerator had no freezer it was broke down . Drug Traffic .

It looked like a homeless camp at one end of the property.. Many things are worn out or broken. This might have been very nice in it's day, but it's day is long gone

We heard people from room next door. Talking really loud. Making noise. AC/heater didn’t work.

The gentleman at the desk was very kind and helpful. But the hotel itself is rundown. No and borded up. They have a contract with the county to house some homeless people.

The people were fine, the place seems ancient. They allowed di6d which is why we stayed there

We canceled our reservations at the hotel, this place doesn't not look like the pictures. It looks very runned down and I'm putting it lightly. The windows were broken and boarded up.

The staff did not help to us we had no refrigerator or microwave after they said they would get us one .the comforter on the bed was dirty and they discriminate. There are a lot of riff Raff hanging around a lot of police activity .over all this hotel needs to go out of business ! I will never stay there again

The property needs new paint and the bathrooms need to change some things like the sink and faucets.

Terrible customer service.

On yours/their website looks nothing like the picturea posted. Also said breakfast was included, but there wasn't! Hotel said they haven't provided breakfast for a long time. When I told them it's on their website, said they weren't responsible for it. Also looks like it was housing for the homeless. Didn't feel safe at all.

Encampment near by

Very clean! The bed was very comfy and new. Fridge, microwave, and stocked coffee maker were a nice surprise. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Ill be back , this is a nice stop on the way to Yosemite. Right next to chevron and Starbucks

Very sketchy upon arrival. Worried my car would be broken in to from the drunk men and women partying in the parking lot at 10pm. The room itself was not clean and the deadbolt would not lock. Stayed for less than 10 minutes before deciding to find a safer location for myself and my car. Will NEVER attempt to stay here again!
