Brand new hotel located right next to Yamaguchi Park. Room had a beautiful view of the park. Service staff were professional and helpful. Short car ride to the airport as well.

Great hotel located at a convenient area with easy access to city center with good public transportation. Quiet area not too far away from downtown. Surrounding area has wonderful open spaces. Grocery and fastfood close by. Rooms had great space. Breakfast was good.

The hotel and our room were clean and comfortable and in general this was a nice stay. Breakfast was amazing - a lot of selection and good quality. However, we were a bit disappointed by the service. Our arrival was delayed due to travel issues, and when we checked in on a Saturday night, we asked if there was anywhere we might eat. We were told there might be a few taverns, but unlikely to get food. This was not true at all and we used Google to find several open restaurants nearby. Since our luggage had been lost, we asked if there was a power converter we might borrow or purchase. We were told “no” which was stressful since we needed to keep our phones charged to help track our luggage return. Our luggage arrived the following afternoon, but the man in the front desk locked them up and didn’t bother to call the room to let us know that the luggage we had been desperately waiting for had arrived. Very frustrating. I would have definitely recommended this place if the staff had been just a bit more helpful - we can’t be the only travelers who have had to deal with the difficulties of lost luggage in a foreign country.

Great hotel & super comfortable beds. Breakfast was ok and staff friendly. They did omelettes if you wanted & they had fresh squeezed orange juice. Lots of parking space outside the hotel.

Our stay was excellent. Staff very friendly and helpful, ample parking at a very moderate cost. Well located with plenty of food options around. Hotel situated in front of Yamaguchi Park which is great for strolls/runs. Also very close to the main college campuses & the best hospitals in Pamplona. Hotel's infrastructure is pretty new (as of july 2024). The lobby bar area has excellent food and service.

Great hotel for our one night stay. The staff were super friendly and let us check in a bit early so we could leave our bags and explore. The walk to the old town was lovely through the citadel and was only about 15 minutes or so. There was easy parking on the street for $4.40 euro or in the hotel for $15 euro. The bed was comfy and despite a lot of noise around the building the sound proofing was great. The bed was comfy albeit we wanted a king size bed and got two twins. Would definitely stay again

Staffs are not friendly, maybe they can’t speak English very well. When I reported to the front desk as my jacket was disappeared. The housekeeping staffs are not really nice at all. The lady keep yelling that she is not a thief. She hasn’t stole my jacket. Luckily, my jacket is not a valueable stuff. Otherwise, I can’t imagine how could they handle it.

A little outside the city center, about a 20-minute walk. Just what we were looking for so we could easily park and then leave town early the next day. Parking was right across the road - you need coins, and its about 8.5 Euros at the machine.

Great stay. Only weird part was the size of the beds, but we knew that going in. Hotel was super clean, helpful, friendly, and in this beautiful park. We stayed here for Fiesta San Fermin, and it was a great blend of being far enough away to get sleep and feel removed, while being able to walk down to the fest in 10 minutes or less.

Overall very nice, especially hotel staff. About 15-20 minute walk, or 8 euro taxi ride, to old town. Did not really visit the surrounding neighborhood. Buffet breakfast very good, cost 12 euro. Staff spoke English which was helpful to us.

Hotel was ok, it's just the location. Unless your not a tourist or you get it really cheap. The very big parking fronting the hotel, I thought it was a hotel guest parking. They did not even bother to tell me it's a pay parking. Waking up the next morning and ask where my car is as I can't find it. Hotel staff merely said maybe it got towed, and yes it was towed, I have to go find a police station to pay the government fines and penalties for 120 euro, plus one day wasted took a taxi to find police, government agency towing the car, hotel not helpful at all. Many hotels in Pamplona. Go find at the old town. Not this one.

The hotel was modern with a stark small room. Internet access was excellent. Breakfast buffet was very good with a wide selection of choices. Parking was directly in front of the hotel but you have to pay a meter. Many food choice options in the neighborhood if you like fast food establishments. On weekends it is very quiet in the local area. Make sure you have a GPS plugged in to find the location on a side street.

We visited Pamplona to see our daughter who is studying in Spain this year. Abba Reino de Navarra was a very good choice. It is close to restaurants and we enjoyed walking over to the University. The breakfast buffet was excellent! Home made quiche, an espresso machine, fruit, prosciutto, wonderful pastries, . . . well worth it to pay for the buffet.

The hotel is a 20 minute walk outside city centre. We had a nice view from our room over the park outside. For san fermin, this is a great place. It's nice to have a bit of quiet after a day on the fiesta.

This hotel is easily accessible by car, which we required. It's a 15-20 minute walk to the Old town or you can take a city bus one block from the hotel, and be there in 5 minutes. Our room was small but comfortable. The reception staff was helpful and friendly.

We were looking for somewhere to stay for one night but where parking was not too much of a problem. It is possible to park right opposite on the street but there were no spaces when we arrived so we parked in the hotels underground car park which you have to pay for but it is very secure. It is a business hotel but rooms are spacious and clean and very functional. Reception staff are geared towards business people but were helpful and gave maps and directions to the old town. We walked in less than 30 mins but there are buses too. Great hotel for those like us passing through.

I was just happy to get a hotel during the Festival of San Fermin. Got a parking place. Used the city bus with my mom and walked on my own to the city center.
